End the Stupid Bet, Win My Stage

End the Stupid Bet, Win My Stage

He swallowed as he brought her hand to his shoulder. “People always say they want to be as bright as the sun, they mostly think sunshine brings happiness, I think dancing in the rain does too.” Mason had no idea what he was doing but he kept going as he swayed her with him. He was getting her attention, he was bringing her back to this moment, back to him. And then he started to sing “Kiss me” by Sixpence None The Richer. Gianna had always hated being in the rain, getting drenched in the rain.

The Pup's Midnight Vampire

The Pup's Midnight Vampire

I wouldn’t be surprised if he wants to burn my clothes. I take probably longer than necessary, but when I step out of the shower I see Mason holding Rosemary and looking out the huge picture window. He’s humming an old shifter lullaby called “My Moon.” My bottom lip quivers, having a faint memory of my mom singing it to me. I hadn’t thought about that song since then but hearing it just feels so right. With every year that passes I remember less and less about my parents. While I remember her singing to me at night, I can’t exactly recall the sound of her voice.

Married To Mr Winters : A Billionaire Love Story

Married To Mr Winters : A Billionaire Love Story

“A song?” “Yeah…what was it again? It’s that famous song…” Mike drummed his fingers at his knee trying to jog his memory. As he did, the wind outside began to pick up and the clouds rode swift and high in the sky, covering the sun. And as the first strike of lightning flashed across the sky, Mike snapped his fingers. “It was ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’! You know, that old Bobby McFerrin song!” God help me. It was the exact same song the faceless man in her nightmares hummed to.

Miley
This book was funny as well as an emotional Rollercoaster. It needs some proofreading and consistency in Jane's eye color throughout the book. Are her eyes ocean blue, hazel, or brown? It was a good one day read but could be so much better with some grammar, spelling, and proofreading.

I absolutely loved this book so much that I was an emotional wreck. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't think properly because of anxiety, anger, sadness, happiness and a huge dislike for Daniel's on and off personality as well as a bit more dislike for Wayne. I wish it was longer

we started to play. I hit the microphone and sing. (Zara Larsson- Ruin my Life) I miss you pushing me close to the edge, I miss you, I wish I knew what I, had when I left, I miss you.” My eyes got lock to Tagan who’s standing beside his band mates and watching us. “You set fire to my world, couldn’t handle the heat, now, I’m sleeping alone and I’m starting to freeze baby, come bring me help, let it rain over me, baby, comeback to me.”

Her Moon, His Song

Her Moon, His Song

It gave me goosebumps all over and had Dane basically purring. She started to sing more than hum and I didn’t notice the tears gathering in my eyes until she sang out, ‘Through the lies you were the truth, My world is a better place because of you.’ She held the last note and glanced at me, gasping. “Oh my god!” she exclaimed, immediately turning down the song. “How long have you been awake?” “The whole time,” I said reverently. The emotions in that song vibrated through me still even though she wasn’t singing anymore. All the hair on my body was still standing straight up.

The Snowfall That Thawed My Heart

The Snowfall That Thawed My Heart

She grabbed my hand and pulled me outside. The snow fell in large, soft flakes in a silence that felt vast and grand. We walked side by side beneath the streetlights, the thick snow crunching underfoot. "Are you cold?" Amelia asked me. "No." I shook my head. Inside, my heart was warm. Suddenly, Amelia stopped and turned to face me. "Charlie," she said seriously, "there's something I've been wanting to tell you." I looked at her. Snowflakes fell on her hair, eyelashes, and shoulders. Her eyes sparkled, like they were filled with starlight.

Mesmerize Me

Mesmerize Me

There are places waiting, hidden just beyond the fear, and every time you smile, I know the way is clear. So don’t forget to smile, even when you’re tired and afraid, your smile invites me to an ideal world we haven’t made… yet. $$$ «Remember to smile, there are still beaches left to find…» The song wasn’t loud or dramatic. It was gentle. Almost whispered. I recognized the voice—and the words pierced through me with unexpected clarity. «Remember to smile…» Mom used to sing that part slightly off-key, exaggerating the word smile like it was a spell. She said that as long as there were beaches left to walk and places left to discover, life would always have an exit.

The Song of Us

The Song of Us

She answered honestly, "I haven't decided yet, Fenric. The path I'm going down is highly dangerous. That's why I have to be careful… I fear you might…" "Selene." Fenric stepped closer, narrowing the distance between them. "I grew up in the mountains. There's much I don't understand and much more that I still have to learn. I don't know why you carry so much sorrow, but whatever path you choose, just go ahead." His eyes gleamed brightly, reflecting the moonlight. "I'll always follow you, and I'll always have your back."

Whispers Across the Moon

Whispers Across the Moon

I had no idea where to find him, so I stood outside the prison gates where Trevis had been incarcerated for years. That day, many inmates were released after serving their sentences, but I never saw the person I longed to see. As night fell, I left. The years of longing and unexpressed emotions had almost driven me crazy. So, I began to write, using my few memories to document our story. I titled it "Whispers Across the Moon." It was published in my senior year. The story of a young girl's innocent and unrequited love moved countless readers to tears and touched many hearts.

Sweet Music of the Night

Sweet Music of the Night

And bring glory to the music that should be lauded worldwide. 'A God of music,' Noelle thought as he rose to his feet. 'But he'll never come forward to claim the credit unless I can do the impossible and change his mind.' He took his partner's tiny hand, holding her fingers lightly, and led her to the centre of the stage, taking his position to begin their warm pas-de-deux. Unlike lovers' grand performances, this was slow and joyful, a show of tenderness between a mother and her son. Yet the music had a grim undertone, weaving the illusion that behind the sun lurked shadows, and soon, they would begin to spread.
