My Ex-Fiancé's Regret

My Ex-Fiancé's Regret

"Keep the baby and endure the humiliation?" "What humiliation?" "You're already getting on my nerves with the words you're using." "You're a very smart woman, Gene. I honestly can't tell you what to do. You don't need to decide anything right now. Just think about it carefully. You'll be fine. Everything will work out." "Look, I don't personally know anyone who's had an abortion. But I've read about it. The stories of those women are heartbreaking. There are so many emotions involved, including guilt and stigma that can last forever. I just want you to be happy and make the right choice."

Corruption

Corruption

XX – Cauterize the wound Jin still hasn’t come back. And Aria… has never felt so exposed, added by the knife-like feeling of humiliation, of feeling less-than human in her infuriatingly short and miserable life before, during and even hours after the ‘examination’ (for a lack of a better term) and although the Princess was more than aware that Eden had only nothing but her best interests at heart, the experience was just as life-scarring as it is.

Disgraceful

Disgraceful

It would have saved her so much hurt and pain. This time life really played a rude joke on her, because her period came just the next morning. If only it came a day earlier, she wouldn't have had to experience the unnecessary drama. Now not only she had lost face in front of the doctor and his wife, but she had also been terribly hurt by the following fight. The humiliation alone was enough to distress her, but the one thing that stung her the most was his insult. The cruel remark cut her right to the quick. It struck the deepest, most fragile part of her. She thought she had managed to develop a sense of dignity in spite of her shameful background, but deep down inside, she had a long stand

Arranged to Daddy: A Businessman

Arranged to Daddy: A Businessman

I don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t much after that phone call. I smiled as the words that he told me echoed in my head and I didn’t know how to contain the happiness that I felt. The most important emotion right now was gratitude. Just the thought of how my life would’ve changed if I had been HIV positive terrified me. The uncertainty had been killing me and the thought of having HIV was spine chilling. Coming from a continent where this disease kills so many others, I know there's a stigma about those who have it and I feared to be a part of the many with this disease. Health is wealth and this just further probes me to be as careful as I can be.

Nightmares

Nightmares

"What did you just say?" "Ai, it is all in the past now. You don't need to be worked –" "Past you say? Past! Past! Can you ever get over the stigma mum? Even the scars remain there forever and you said it has become a forgettable memory," I rose up slowly, and I just couldn't believe what I just heard. I hated I learnt this bitter truth about my dad. "I can't believe my dad is one of those guys that has this mindset that ladies are weak. We are not animals," I burst out into tears as I roamed about, placed my hand on my hand.

Grey's Alpha

Grey's Alpha

Felix meant it as a statement, not a question, but he seemed to not believe what he was hearing. “I am. You’re right that I’m a walking disaster. I’m cursed.” “We’re all cursed,” Felix said, rolling his eyes. “Don’t be so dramatic.” He pointed at his Stigma. “At least you don’t have this.” I knew he was right, and I felt embarrassed at how narcissistic I was. Here I was telling this boy how my life was so terrible when he was the one who grew up in a horrifying environment in the slums. He had been branded with the Stigma, and most werewolves, disliked him for that fact alone.

The Billionaire's Hired Ex-wife Is A Skilled Doctor

her eyes mirrored pain and helplessness as she spoke. “You tortured my spirit with your words and actions, broke my soul because you made me feel worthless over and over, and made everyone mock me disdainfully till I left high school. Till now, I cannot attend reunions. Till now, that stigma still follows me. The fear that I do not deserve to be loved. The pain of having to let go of someone because I am constantly reminded of being useless!”

Ruin Me : Sinful Shots compilation

Ruin Me : Sinful Shots compilation

’ “I don’t care about this at all, and I think I’ve proven it. And with the whole ‘dating Charlie’ thing I’m not missing out on fun stuff people my age would do that you wouldn’t want to, and I wouldn’t want to do the stuff that ‘wild single ladies’ do anyways because you always taught me to respect myself more than that. And on your end, you get the benefits of my youth and you know I can hang out with you, Marcus, Sonya and Paulette just fine without putting my foot in my mouth or acting like a fish out of water. Plus, as your wife, I would want to dedicate part of my time to making sure I keep you healthy and fit, so even when you’re sixty-five and I’m forty-one, you’ll be the healthiest,

MerryGold

MerryGold

Bad conscience over responsibility. Regardless of who was right or wrong, she felt shameful for her actions. Black people were already named barbaric uncultured swines. Her anger had pushed forth a uncaring attitude for consequences or self dignity. For someone who knew how to always hold it in when being insulted and abashed; she had clearly derailed off the road. Her whole life Merri had been called names, made to feel inferior, lesser than anything and anyone else. She was well aware, having mastered the art of ignorance to the hurtful slurs. Ignorance to the hypocritical attitudes of those who claimed to be above her. This was not new to her, it honestly wasn't but when Stella did—

Ok many times I did not want to keep reading but I’m so glad I did! This book is definitely not for everyone but it does bring out so many emotions….I would definitely recommend it but you have to be strong and finish it- worth it!

I defined give this book 100...️. Out of all the interesting books (and some not so interesting), this one takes the cake. A few grammatical errors, but at least you understand the actual story nonetheless. I fully recommend it for strong hearted readers. Different plot from the clichés in this app.
