Bound by a Dangerous Fate to my Student: The Prophecy

Bound by a Dangerous Fate to my Student: The Prophecy

But then, something else did, grabbing my attention. My senses sharpened, kicking into high gear, the world around me fading as I focused on a distant, thundering heartbeat. It was erratic, pulsing with pain, disappointment, and defeat. The emotions were so raw, so suffocating, that they practically reeked of despair, like someone was about to give up their life. My instincts kicked in, and I scanned the area, my eyes darting until they landed on the main school building—a towering five-story structure. At the very top, a figure, who seemed to be a male student, stood precariously on the edge, about to jump.

Ashes of Six

Ashes of Six

The Concord Sigil burned brighter, refusing to dim no matter how many snarled orders or gasped condemnations cut through the air. One Everley elder shouted for the mark to be annulled, demanding the proctors intervene. A Hawthorne commander called it treachery. From Nerezza’s balcony came whispers of omen, half in awe, half in terror. And over it all, the students’ voices rose, splintered into arguments as raw as the brands glowing on our skin. The panic was contagious. Proctors spilled down the stone steps, wands and weapons raised, trying to reassert control. But I felt the choice pressing down heavier than their blades. Seraphine’s echo still rang in my bones: Unite or burn.

Sir Ares, Goodnight!

Sir Ares, Goodnight!

“It’s dinner time, sir. Isn’t it too inhumane for you to assemble us so suddenly?” The instructor poked the mischievous student with a ruler and said, “We’re heading out for a mission. A major homicide case occurred in the bordering town today. The culprits are still in town, and 56 villagers are being held hostage. I need volunteers to come with us to save the people.” When the students realized danger was involved, every one of them kept silent. Jens stood forth and said, “I’m willing to volunteer.” The instructor was stunned, but there was a touch of appreciation bursting out from his eyes.

HOWLSTONE ACADEMY:300 DAYS WITH THE ALPHA-BETA TRIPLETS

HOWLSTONE ACADEMY:300 DAYS WITH THE ALPHA-BETA TRIPLETS

No matter what she did, the fact he raped her canceled everything. “I was thinking about the exams. Halle says there is danger, and instead of practicing, we are here preparing for these stupid exams. Why do we need calculations? Why am I learning English every fucking day of my life, only to write an exam on literature written by humans! They fear us, so we should be superior!” I didn’t notice I was shouting until the students around the hallway began to stare at us. Hazel pulled me toward her, letting my head rest on her chest with the rest of my body on her lap, and my legs on the floor, then she stroked my head gently.

The Rejected Luna's Twin Alphas

The Rejected Luna's Twin Alphas

I shouted, my voice amplified by the resonance of the fountain. The students moved with a terrifying and fluid grace. They didn't run like frightened civilians; they drifted like a silver mist, taking up positions along the stone walls and the gates of the campus. They didn't carry rifles or blades. Their hands were open, their palms glowing with a soft and expectant light. They were the white blood cells of the Eighth Peak, ready to swarm the infection that was trying to breach our borders.

My Blood Wizard System

My Blood Wizard System

I parry with Hellebore Mist, the blade drinks his spear’s wind and spits it back as a tornado that rips his own wings off. He stares, shocked, as I flip the board, kick him in the chest, and send him spinning into the void. Ten. Twenty. They keep coming and we keep answering. I see Kael Stormrider riding a spear of solid hurricane, laughing like this is the best morning ever. I see students I don’t even know yet forming ranks behind us, eyes blazing, boards glowing, ready to die for a school they just met. I see the citadel above us open wider, something massive and ancient starting to descend.

Zeda And The Four Princes Of Shadowbrook Academy

Torvin replied. Vyr scoffed. “You’re crazy. The safety of the students comes first. We can investigate and find the culprits later.” “And how many students do you think would be dead before we find them? Look at what happened today. Everyone in that boutique would have died if not for Carrie who figured that was an explosive and Lucian who turned into a superhero,” Torvin said. “Torvin’s right,” Mr. Percival said. “What? You’re listening to this violent freak?” Vyr asked.

REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!

REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!

The group of valiant and spirited youths immediately deflated and then scattered like the birds and the beasts. They fear that these freaks of a student would trample on them if they were slow to escape. No one could be so sure that Allan, the top student in the Knight Division, would not summon a mount and proceed to massacre them. If they bid their time, would they not be eliminated?! However, Jace did not give them the opportunity to escape. The tiny snowflakes suddenly enlarged and froze the feet of those students. One could only hear muffled sounds as the feet of those students were frozen, one by one. Eyes looked toward the handsome gentlemen in fright.

Adore (Wish, Book Three)

Adore (Wish, Book Three)

I don’t have an answer. We just stick together. I keep looking in the direction of the bridge, worry for Jesse eating at me. I don’t know how long we stay there for, but finally, the counselors approach us. “They’ve escaped. Verify headcounts.” “Level One is complete.” “So is Level Two.” “Level Four is all here.” “Level Three is,” there’s a hesitation from the radio, “hang on. We’re missing someone. One of the students is missing!” Jesse!

Alpha Professor's Forbidden Affair

Alpha Professor's Forbidden Affair

Red, muttering something to him. My grip tightens around the paper on the lectern. “Group Four—you’re up.” The group of ten six students stand and make their way to the front of the class. As Juniper stands there, I see the fear in her eyes, but I don’t care. She wanted to challenge me—fine. I won’t hold back. “Group four, I am waiting.” The red-haired kid steps forward, clearing his throat. “Good day, class. My name is Gunther Rowland, and our group chose melancholy as our theme—”
