BOUND TO THE BLOOD KING

BOUND TO THE BLOOD KING

Ash smiled slowly, reverent and pressed her palm into the torch’s flame. The skin sizzled. She didn’t flinch. “She made me in her image,” Ash whispered, voice trembling with reverence and rage. “And then she tried to bury what she’d created.” Her gaze lifted to the blackened cross still hanging above the altar. “But daughters always rise from their mother’s bones.” The crowd roared. Chanting her name. Ash. Ash. Ash. And from the smoke-filled rafters, the first snow of burning ash fell soft as blessing, cruel as prophecy.

Claimed by the rogue Alpha

A Kingdom of Ashes The blood hung in the air like an acrid miasma, a sickly sweet reminder of all they had lost, of all they had broken, of all they had become. Victoria looked out over the remnants of the ruins, the chill wind swirling her hair, the moon laying long shadows across the remains of the battlefield. The bodies had been cleared, the fires extinguished, but the ghosts remained, lingering in the silence, whispering in the dark,

she asked. “Well…” Remus looked at Cassian who sucked on the treat and he looked back at her. “I don’t want to assume that you…What is the word again?” he thought, looking for the right word. “They are bloodsicles,” Cassian said and Julianne turned her head to him, thinking he said that wrong, but he said again, “They are frozen blood treats.” Julianne blinked and swallowed again. She watched them both suck on it like it was a normal popsicle. It made her wonder what kind of blood was used to make it.

CURSED BLOOD TO ASHES

CURSED BLOOD TO ASHES

“Virellion Thasra” “Virellion Thasra” “Thalvren Ekosa!” I opened my eyes and with my finest strength, I shouted; Thalvren Ekosa! And then he starts to say them fast in a gentle voice that I couldn't catch. “Fyralis Corven - From shadow to light, I invoke you to let your soul breathe once more.” “Zerithsl Dravenal - your heart beats, your pulse flow!” “Aelthsrjon Miriak - life rekindle, breath restore, eyes shine bright.”

THE BANISHED LUNA

THE BANISHED LUNA

Chapter 25 – Ashes in the Snow The courtyard reeked of iron and smoke. Blood blackened the snow in great swathes, trampled into mud beneath the chaos of bodies. The clash of steel had ended, but the silence that followed was worse—raw, ragged, carrying the weight of every cry that would never rise again.

Werewolf Academia; Revenge is best served cold

Werewolf Academia; Revenge is best served cold

Asher The battlefield was chaos incarnate. The snarls of wolves clashing with hybrids, the metallic clang of weapons, and the agonizing cries of the injured filled the air. Blood soaked the ground beneath our feet, mixing with the dirt to form a dark, viscous muck. Brooke’s hybrids came at us like a wave, relentless and deadly, their monstrous forms twisting in the dim light.

Alpha King's Lost Luna

CASSANDRA The horrible sight before my eyes was the worst nightmare I’d ever seen, yet no matter how hard I pinched myself, it wasn’t going away. As the fire covered Asher’s body, his skin began to peel down. Soon, the black burnt skin became ashes, and then the ashes disappeared entirely and blew down the corridor. “No!” I screamed out of anger and sorrow. “No, no, no!” My lungs ached as I cried out, but I couldn’t stop. Tears spilled down my face like a river, and my vision started to break out with spots as I shook.

The Professor's Mate Clause

The Professor's Mate Clause

ADRIAN’S POV I didn’t know why this moment felt heavier than the others, only that something about it refused to pass quietly. It lingered, pressing against my chest, demanding to be felt instead of ignored. Asher doesn’t die the way men like him expect to. There’s no grand speech. No last command that bends the world to his will. No army rising at his back in one final act of loyalty. He’s on the ground, blood soaking into ruined earth, breath coming in broken, wet pulls that rattle more than they sustain.

Break The Ice

Break The Ice

Very soothing. "But..." He exhaled. "I don't forgive you..." And there he let the bullets rain. This was it. He was done. It was all over... Her face flashed in his head amid the stench of open bodies and the sight of a splattered skull. He stood in the wreckage, boots soaked in blood that still smelled too fresh, too sharp. The music had stopped. The house was quiet. Too quiet. Asher’s body lay twisted where it had fallen, the last shudder of life gone from him. Eros tilted his head, watching, waiting.

I really really loved the story but why did Myles have to do the same thing Theodore did. I thought the love he had for Tristan was strong enough to keep on living for the both of them. how I really wanted to see them happy and married eventually. They went through a lot becoz of that idiot uncle.

'From Blood and Ash' by Jennifer L. Armentrout is one of those books that sticks with you long after you've turned the last page. The story follows Poppy, a Maiden chosen to live a life of solitude and purity, destined to ascend and bring peace to her kingdom. But Poppy is far from the obedient figurehead they expect—she's fierce, curious, and secretly trains in combat. When Hawke, a mysterious guard, enters her life, everything changes. The world-building is rich, blending political intrigue, forbidden romance, and a unique magic system. The tension between Poppy and Hawke is electric, and the twists keep you hooked. What I love most is how Poppy’s journey evolves from duty to defiance, and the way Armentrout weaves mythology into the plot. It’s a perfect mix of action, emotion, and slow-burn romance that’ll leave you desperate for the next book.

If you’re into strong heroines, morally gray love interests, and plots that keep you guessing, this is a must-read. The sequels only get better, diving deeper into the lore and expanding the stakes. Fair warning: once you start, you won’t want to stop.
