Both of them were in a great shock. “This can’t be happening! How could she is still alive!?” Lusiana was getting a headache. As the mastermind, failing was very shameful for her. She was so sure about Virginia’s death back then but the reality got her pretty good now. “Who knows. I don’t think something like dark magic and resurrection are possible. It seems like someone saved her life while she was in the sea.” Miller tried to speculate his opinion.

A small, but persistent voice that refuses to die. Survive.

The system’s voice announcing the first mission. Survive 100 days. The image overlapped with us now, standing together in our dim living room. The contrast hit me hard. I had survived more than 100 days. I had survived fear, uncertainty, change. I had survived falling in love. Dream’s hand tightened around mine.

For him. Whatever it took. We'd survive.

“No matter what comes next, we endure. We survive. We protect.” I nodded. “We will endure it. We will survive it . We will protect it. And we love. Always.”

My heart skipped. Will I survive?
