Bible Recap Day 153 Novels & Stories

He’s so impatient! I stilled when I open the message. Chayim Neo: Good morning. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). My mouth hanged open as I finished reading his message. Goodness gracious! I squeezed my eyes closed, unable to move from where I’m standing. With my trembling hands, I decided to turn the knob and grip my phone tightly.

“There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.” Please note, dear reader that the Bible verses are from Psalm 91. KJV was used here but other versions can also be used. To be continued... ++++++++ We are at the last leg of the story dear reader... Almost dumbfounded, Corey informs us, "Matthew is an apostle in the Bible. I quoted out of the book of Matthew. Sorry for assuming." Momentarily, Corey stands entranced before ending, "That's was it. Have a good day." Andrew returns while Corey is leaving. He says, "I heard this freak. What is he talking about?" Wilson and Chiara have also returned. Jude tells me, "I knew I heard that before. I read the Bible Mimi left me in Louisiana. That's why what Kendra told me sounded so familiar." Eyes bucked, Wilson watches Jude. Nodding, Jude tells Wilson, "Keeping it only seemed right after everything."

"We continue to study what the Bible says about Jesus Christ. In Mark 11:24, Jesus says, 'Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will all be yours.' Ptr Kris read from the bible, adding, "In Luke 10:3, "Go, I am sending you out like lambs among wolves." Let's also look at verse 18,'I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.' Verse 19,'I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemies; nothing will harm you." “Verse 20 says, ‘However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your name is written in heaven.’ “Ptr Kris continues, "This is the Word of God."

Timotheus snatched the Bible from Ferran’s hand and opened it as if he was so familiar with the book. “John 3:16… John 3:16…” Timotheus opened the Bible and saw the highlighted verse. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” He read. “What about the numbers 17, 18, 19, 20, 21?” Czaquira asked. “Maybe the words?” Timotheus was confused for a while.

Elizabeth After a quick meal, she finished organizing her notes on the restaurant and got ready for bed. Before lying down, as she did every night, she picked up her Bible and read softly: “Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act.” The words reinvigorated her faith; she hugged the Bible and gave herself over to prayer:

"Psalm 82:1-5: 1 God has taken his place in the divine council; in the midst of the gods he holds judgment: 2 'How long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? 3 Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. 4 Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.' 5 They have neither knowledge nor understanding, they walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken." The priest's voice took on a stronger tone as he read the passage. A few moments of silence reigned as the creatures kneeled down with bowed heads. Even Orlando and the others kneeled down to receive the blessings of th

Only one site remained on the screen. Olalekan stood up and studied the web address on the screen. It was vaguely familiar. With furrowed eyebrows, he wondered where he had seen this before. The others studied this too. BIBLECHRONICLES.ORG Huh? “Isn’t this the website that owns that famous daily devotional app?” One of the Heads of Department said. “Indeed it is. My daughter uses it every day to conduct her bible reading.” Said another. “I don’t understand why this is here…”

And he said to me, "It is finished. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. The white-capped waves that crashed along the jagged cliffs had lulled her to sleep each night, and the terrace where she read her devotionals in the mornings provided the perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. Alexa had awoken with the sun each morning on their vacation. Jetlag and the changes in her schedule were distracting enough to send her stirring at an earlier hour than Salvatore, so she used the time to study Scripture. She and Salvatore had taken a few journeys into the nearby towns, and although they had no neighbors to observe, she knew the villages were waking with the dawn. Pulling her blanket tighter around her shoulders, she stared at the passage before her. Proverbs 28:13 re
