I heard him groan and quickly added, “you said you’d help.” He let out an exasperated sigh and settled on the seat beside me. “Just know, I’m a very bad teacher.” If he was hoping I would bail, he thought wrong. “I take my chances.” Phraser pulled the book towards him and dropped his gaze as he began to read. He hasn’t even finished the first page when a group of girls came to our table and looked at him expectantly. “Hi, Phraser,” said one of the girls. Phraser tore his attention from the book and looked up at the mention of his name. “You know, Prof. Milford told us to come to you for help. Do you mind helping us with our studies?”

I smirk with eyebrows elevated at her question. "Miss Lyanna, I didn't put you there to talk. Please pay attention, the both of you." The professor says and she flushed with embarrassment. "Drake Shelton, could you explain the theory on the board to the students, they might get you better than they do me. Please step forward and have the marker." Thankfully, I looked through the text book before stepping into the class today and I also understand the theory the teacher taught. It's quite easy but tricky.

He should be with her, comforting her and not here. “Hey, Brianna,” he said with a soft laugh. “Learning to read is really important in life. Everyone's tables were occupied with their large textbooks except mine. Bonnie turned to stare at me and I looked back at her, biting my lips as worry overwhelmed me. I glanced at her from the side, trying to mutter my responses for her, my lips twitching.

She protested, "I read it for an entire afternoon, and I feel like I've learned a lot!" "Oh, did you?" He arched a brow doubtfully. "Textbooks love to go on and on about simple concepts. You'll be reading pages when something can be explained with a few sentences. I thought only average college students would fall victim to these textbooks; I didn't expect you to be affected too, Ms. Torrey." "You—" She clearly detected the mockery in his tone.

"Sit down properly. The teacher will be here any minute." "Right, right. Our teacher does not mess around." Melanie propped a foreign language textbook in front of her face. Her lips began to move as she recited a sentence in an odd rhythm. Oscar almost laughed. He knew exactly what the word meant. He pulled out a classical reader and joined the low murmur of voices around him. He liked the rhythm of the language, the rise and fall of its tones, and the way a well-turned phrase settled into the ear. He lost himself in it. For a moment, he forgot why he was there. He was not helping Rebecca check something off a list. He was simply a student in a classroom, learning.

He cursed lowly. Just then, footsteps sounded behind them, attracting their attention. Finn was the first to turn his head, and seeing the teacher entering the class, he swallowed the question he was about to ask George. He glanced at Niam. "Let's sit. The exam is about to start." Then his brows raised slightly. "Do you need my help?" He remembered the system had told him last night about how students hated to read and about how difficult it was for high school final year students.

1 hour of Teacher Lavin lecturing his History lesson, the desire ring of bell of many students finally rang inside. The whistles and whispers among the students echoed when the bell rang, not at all paying attention anymore to the Teacher that was still standing at the top of the podium holding his book and was still reading the contents that was paused after the bell rang. Teacher Lavin just shakes his head and shrugged his shoulders at the two-faced students in his front, he reach for his scattered books at the table and smiled.

the Teacher babbles on and so on, i did not listen any further as I was thinking of something else. Finally, the teacher finishes his blabbering as he introduces himself. "I am Jace Ray, your adviser. I will not be checking on you today as Teachers have meetings today's morning. You may do as you like, I'm off now. Goodbye class" after Teacher Jace said those words, the students did not stand up to greet him goodbye, I looked at Teacher Jace and saw him, shaking his head at me with a smile and gone outside. It seemed that he was used to it.
