the Teacher babbles on and so on, i did not listen any further as I was thinking of something else. Finally, the teacher finishes his blabbering as he introduces himself. "I am Jace Ray, your adviser. I will not be checking on you today as Teachers have meetings today's morning. You may do as you like, I'm off now. Goodbye class" after Teacher Jace said those words, the students did not stand up to greet him goodbye, I looked at Teacher Jace and saw him, shaking his head at me with a smile and gone outside. It seemed that he was used to it.

I said with a grin. We couldn’t talk much after that because the teacher started class. We were continuing to read The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne. It’s a depressing book about a colonial woman who has a child out of wedlock, and is shunned. I don’t know why English teachers insist on having students read such depressing literature. Still, I heard one of the other classes was doing The Crucible by Arthur Miller. Somehow, Scarlet Letter seems less depressing than a bunch of girls faking possession. Maybe.

I turned, changing my expression into something unreadable. “Yes?” Aaron leaned against the locker beside mine, arms crossed, eyes gleaming with unfiltered amusement. “I have a question,” he said with a lazy voice and his eyes sharp. “Concerning the reading list. It’s rather... long, isn’t it?” There was a smile playing on his lips, but it wasn’t friendly. It was something I couldn't describe. I nodded. “Literature is extensive. I’d recommend pacing yourself. Two chapters a night—” “Do you always look this nervous around your students?” he interrupted, voice dipped low like he knew it would crawl under my skin.

Hell, part of me even hoped that he would magically get stuck in traffic for the entirety of class today just so I could get out of seeing him. But of course, that was just wishful thinking. “And… Cassandra Xavier.” “Here!” I smiled and handed the last paper in the stack to the young girl with curly hair and glasses sitting at the front of the class. Returning to the podium, I said, “If anyone has any questions about your papers, feel free to come talk to me. Until Professor Brooks arrives, please start reading chapter six in your textbooks.” With a chorus of murmurs and rustling papers, the students opened their textbooks. I sank down into the chair behind Edwin’s desk, keeping an eye out u

After I was in the classroom the students were quiet and our teacher was reading a book. How can he fucking intimidate me when he's just reading a book ?! Jade and I were already sitting so I also sat next to them. I have no choice but to side with Rio because that's the only vacancy. "Good morning." Our teacher's cold voice caught the attention of us all. "Congratulations to the new ones. And for the old ones, congratulations on not getting killed in your missions." I saw the masculinity of my companions' eyes and Uno's weak swallowing. Tsk what a pussy.

She sighed Well there goes my chance of making having a gang. "Mrs. Dupree, stay after class so we can coordinate schedules. As for everyone else, in the required material you were supposed to have for this class "The Reader" is the first book we are going to be tackling. Read the first ten chapters by Friday we will engage in an intense debate about its themes. Know your facts I will be asking questions at random." Mr. Dawson looked away from the students and wrote something in his book, when nobody moved he rolled his eyes "You are dismissed"

He really is attracted to Alinn. “You mentioned you need help?” she asks. “Yes. Will you be able to read a couple of passages for my students?” She beams. “Of course!” She approaches and takes the book from me, then she starts reading. “What’s the teacher’s pet doing here?” Lukas calls. Alinn ignores him and continues. “Hey, little puppy!” Alinn did not respond. “Leave the teacher alone and be my adorable little pup instead. You can do my assignments, and I will give you treats.”

He looked in the classroom and told the children in the first row: “Philip Whitehouse, Mike Longsley will help you to learn reading. Flavia Delgado, Brigitte Taylor will help you, and Samuel Harrison will be helped by Igor Krasnensko. As for Elizabeth Edwards ... Alexander Soimesti will help her. “Professor ...,” Alexander tried to protest, because he had far better things to do than help one like Elizabeth read. But when he saw Mr. Knudlac's gaze he stopped. “Are we clear, dear?” the professor asked.

Lydia tried not to notice just how perfectly his pale blue broadcloth shirt hugged his well-muscled chest. It was so embarrassing to have such a massive crush on her professor, especially one that had outlasted early hero worship and turned into a raging case of lust that three years had done nothing to dissipate. He didn't wear a wedding ring but that was the extent of her knowledge about his personal life. He was such an old-school gentleman that she knew he would never remotely consider a relationship with a student, even if he was unattached. So she gritted her teeth and squeezed her thighs together, hoping she wouldn't leave a damp spot on her chair.
