As they neared the clearing, the mist parted to reveal a ruined temple, ancient and crumbling, its stones blackened by time and energy long forgotten. Symbols etched into the walls glowed faintly with a blue fire, similar to the Moon’s light but twisted, corrupted. The ground quaked beneath their feet, a warning from the very earth itself.
Kael raised his blade. “Stay close. Whatever did this… it’s powerful.”
