The Extra's Academy Survival Guide Light Novel Novels & Stories

] [ Bima: [ Whispering as his consciousness began to fade against Kirill's shoulder ] "We... we did it..." [ Kirill: [ His voice low and grim in the darkness of the tunnel ] "Do not celebrate yet, Bima. The barrier has fallen, the manuscript is buried, and the entire academy now knows what you are capable of. The real hunt has only just begun." ] The darkness of the service tunnel swallowed them whole, the distant wails of the academy alarm fading into a muffled, rhythmic hum. Bima let his eyes close, the heavy, comforting weight of the stolen manuscript pressing against his chest, a silent reminder of the secrets he had yet to unlock, and the dangerous road that lay ahead.

Natalia Damon set the book down on the table between us and pointed to the page it was open to. The paper was yellowed and crinkled with age, and the text was fading, but it was legible. “This passage mentions a group of survivors who fled north after the Bloodmoon massacre. It says they established a settlement deep in the Thornwood.” I slipped off of Andrei’s lap and frowned as I leaned in and inspected the page. Indeed, there was a section mentioning the Thornwood, and a faded illustration of a group of wolves trekking through the wilderness together.

I still had hope that I would be rescued. I didn’t know when I fell asleep, but I was woken up by noise. My eyes flew open, at first, I couldn’t see clearly. I had to blink a couple of times before my eyes could clear. “Still not dead?” asked Consort Yan leaning on some man she came with. “Don’t worry, if you don’t break then hungry and dehydration will kill you first.” She took a step closer.

He had dark curls, green eyes, and a calm smile that carried no pity. “Miss Vale?” I looked at him. “I’m Adrian Bellini. My family funds part of Professor Shaw’s closed project. She asked me to make sure you got back safely.” I remembered Professor Shaw mentioning the Bellini family once during a project meeting, but I had never met him before. “Hello, Mr. Bellini,” I said. Behind me, Dante did not follow. This time, I did not look back. The car door opened. Beyond the city, the institute waited: the lab, the project, the life I had once thought I would never live long enough to claim.

I heard Clara's voice behind me as I opened my locker to pick up my book. She skipped towards me, her arms opened wide like she hadn't seen me in a long time, with Ruby behind her, a broad smile on each of their faces. “Hi,” I murmured, turning to my locker. I picked all the books in it, my hand hovering over a particular one I hadn't seen before. “Astrae Lykaon Academy official student handbook and a werewolf student's guide to not dying, fainting, or getting claimed by accident,” Clara read out, peering into my locker.

Zephyr pulled out his phone, using its light to navigate, leading me deeper into the tunnels. "What is this place?" "Old bunkers from the war. The academy was built on a military installation. These tunnels run for miles." He paused at an intersection, choosing the left path without hesitation. "Very few know they exist." "How do you?" "Because I make it my business to know every secret this place holds. Or I thought I did." He glanced back at me. "You're the one secret I didn't see coming." We descended deeper, the air growing colder, older. Finally, he stopped in a circular chamber with multiple exits. Strange symbols covered the walls—similar to the ones in the book he'd given me.

Mist clung to the broad woodland surrounding it, thick enough to cover anythingwolves, shadows, maybe even bodies. My pulse was hammered. “This looks like a haunted castle, not a school.” The tall man’s mouth twisted in a humorless smile. “That’s because this place doesn’t teach the living. It trains survivors.” My throat is dry. I murmured, “And if I don’t survive?” The younger agent with the disconcerting blue eyes leaned closer, too close. His breath ghosted over my ear. “Then you’ll be food.” I flinched, but the woman silenced him with a harsh glare before opening the car door. “Rory Hale. Welcome to Obsidian Academy.”

The ten thousand survivors started to scream as their hands began to flicker and turn transparent. We hadn't just won a war. We had accidentally deleted the world.

The light was pulsing toward the highest spire of the Needle City—a place where a single, golden light was burning in a window. "We aren't the only ones who survived the 'Real'," Rhys said. "Someone is waiting for us in that tower." "And they have a heater," Jax muttered, rubbing his frozen arms. "Then we start walking," Elara said, standing up. She looked at Kael, who was being helped up by Zane. "We’ve survived the Ring, the Council, and the Architects’ code. We can survive a walk in the dark." The Feral Six have begun their "Long Walk" through the True Real. They are learning the brutal laws of thermodynamics and the cost of their own power. But a mysterious signal from Julian is leading

“We have introductions to finish, wards to check, and one very cold new student to settle in before the academy decides to test her on its own.” And with that, Storm Academy opened its doors a little wider. If you want, I can continue with **Chapter 118** and write Cassandra’s first training scene with Celeste or a Seras-Lucian reunion scene after they arrive.
