Marked Against My Will

Marked Against My Will

Fragmentation leads to entropy. Mara did not deny it. “Yes. Divergence risks failure.” She stepped closer. “So does singularity.” Silence settled over the basin. The wind moved faintly through fractured stone. Serik felt her heartbeat steady. She was not afraid. She was negotiating with evolution itself. The creature altered posture slightly. Its towering frame compressed, mineral structure shifting inward. Not shrinking—refining. It replayed their entire conflict sequence at accelerated scale. Initial corridor formation. Metronome construction.

Billionaires flash marriage: Always you.

Billionaires flash marriage: Always you.

“You two are making this sound normal.” Everlyn answered before either of them could. “It’s not normal.” “But it might be natural.” That distinction settled heavily across the room. Natural systems evolved preferences all the time. Survival, Growth, Adaptation and Balance. But humanity had never experienced a system this large evolving alongside them before. Her phone buzzed softly.Clara.Everlyn opened the message slowly. “You’re afraid because it chose restraint.” Everlyn typed back immediately. “I’m afraid because it chose anything.”

His Fanged Luna

His Fanged Luna

And my newfound understanding of reality stuttered in shock. "Emma?" Derek's voice sharpened with concern. "What is it?" "It's not stopping," I whispered, horror growing as I processed what I was sensing. "The evolution, the changes – they're not stabilizing. They're accelerating." "Isn't that good?" Cassidy asked. "I mean, evolution is supposed to-" "Not this fast," Sara interrupted, her academic knowledge catching up with my revelation. "If the rate of change continues to accelerate..."

But he reacted quickly and put on a shirt while she was busy stripping away his pants. This only increased her fervor, and she evolved her bacteria to keep pace. She was practically drooling as she frenziedly peeled off layer after layer. "You probably shouldn't watch this," she told Miko. Miko rolled her eyes with slight exasperation. She couldn't understand why Eva indulged herself like that. By the end, Eva had beat the top score by at least threefold, and had worked herself up into a sweat. Her bacteria had evolved over a hundred times and became the apex predator of every textile.

By the title itself, it was already something that would hook anyone immediately. And after reading a few chapters, indeed it was great. I really love reborn books/novels and I am not disappointed one bit at all! Love the Mc by the way.

The Rejected Healer's Retribution

The Rejected Healer's Retribution

"I am the director of the Apex Initiative. I would like to congratulate you. You are the first generation to successfully survive the 'Great Culling.'" The Controlled Chaos "The Culling?" Elara stepped forward, her white hair flaring. "You mean the war? The Rejection? The millions of people Liora enslaved? You're saying that was an experiment?" "Evolution is a brutal teacher, Elara," Thorne said, walking toward the Well. He reached down and touched the white water; it climbed his fingers like a loyal pet. "Shifters were stagnating. You were obsessed with bloodlines and old packs. Humans were stagnating, obsessed with silicon and steel. We needed a catalyst. We needed a pressure cooker so int

The Billionaire Who Ruined My Wedding

The Billionaire Who Ruined My Wedding

“Change is the ability to improve without removing the possibility of correction.” The words landed cleanly. Precisely. Without excess. The room went still. Ariana felt it immediately. “That defines evolution and restraint,” she said. Victor nodded. “Yes.” Silas added quietly, “It allows growth, but doesn’t lock it.” Roman tilted his head slightly. “Yeah… that’s actually good.” Daniel didn’t speak. But his expression shifted slightly. The screen reacted. Not instantly. Not smoothly. But deeply. The patterns beneath it destabilized for a moment, as though the system was processing something that affected its core logic rather than its surface behavior.

Like the walls themselves were closing in on the truth. Ethan’s voice dropped. “What do you want?” The Architect didn’t hesitate. “To complete what was started.” Mara stepped forward. Before Ethan could stop her. “No.” The Architect’s gaze sharpened. “You don’t understand.” “I do.” Her voice stronger now. More certain. “You want control.” “No.” A pause. “I want evolution.” That word echoed. Dangerous. Because evolution meant— change. Irreversible change. Mara’s eyes hardened. “Not through me.”

MY EX LEFT ME TO DIE, SO I BECAME QUEEN OF THE APOCALYPSE

"Whatever killed it knew exactly where to hit." The answer settled heavily over the group. Infected were dangerous because they were relentless. They ignored pain, exhaustion, and fear. Even experienced survivors treated them with caution. This one looked as though it had been dispatched with barely any effort. Evelyn stared at the wound and felt LUS activate. EVOLUTIONARY COMPETITION DETECTED. The notification appeared sharply across her vision before disappearing again. stuck with her competition. The word not infection, not mutation.Competition. The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

"You're trying to create an entirely new civilization." Kurt lifted his head slightly and glanced at her. "Yes. We're building a new one. A zombie civilization." The words landed hard. Hayley's breath caught. "What zombie civilization?" Kurt let out a cold laugh. "If human civilization exists, then so can a zombie one. You've seen it yourself. Zombies can evolve. "In the early stages, they're chaotic and directionless. As individual zombies evolve, though, they begin to develop a shared awareness. It's not that different from how humans started. Everything begins in disorder, then slowly builds into what it becomes.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

Reading 'The Origin of Feces' felt like stumbling into the weirdest biology lecture ever—but in the best way possible. The book dives into how poop isn’t just waste; it’s a window into evolutionary history. One of the wildest takeaways was how feces shaped ecosystems. For example, dung beetles evolved specifically to recycle animal waste, and some plants even adapted to thrive on nutrient-rich droppings. The author also ties it to human health, discussing gut microbiomes and how our ancestors’ diets left clues in fossilized feces (coprolites). It’s grossly fascinating how something so 'lowly' played a starring role in survival strategies.

What stuck with me was the idea that feces forced species to innovate. Predators avoid eating near their own waste to prevent disease, which inadvertently created territorial behaviors. Even whales’ nutrient-rich poop fuels ocean food chains! The book balances humor with science, like when it explains how ancient herbivores’ giant droppings might’ve slowed climate change by burying carbon. By the end, I couldn’t look at my backyard the same way—every pile of animal scat suddenly felt like a tiny time capsule of evolution.
