For the first time since creation Sophia was afraid. Not because of the Primordials. Not because of Asterion. Not because of the First Silence. Not even because Lucien had disappeared and returned. She was afraid because something had happened that none of them had prepared for. The book had named a human. Aondona. And the moment that name appeared every universe became silent. Sophia stared at the black book. “Who is he?” Noah didn’t answer. Mora didn’t answer.

Novel's POV It had been two days since I left Alexei's house. I missed my time there; it was fun, and I got to spend quality time with him, even if he was always busy. I was browsing through my phone when I came across an article. The title read: The Human Animals. “What a funny title,” I laughed, but my curiosity made me click anyway. It featured a picture of a creature that looked half-wolf and half-human. “Interesting,” I said to myself as I read the text:

"We picked up noise, saying that the humans that have been spared or simply survived, began to rally together, searching for the woman causing all this grief." Matthew said. I frowned. "They can't do that! They could be harmed or worst!" I yelled out in worry. "Where are they? I could help them. Maybe if they give me a description, I can see if I can find this witch that's wreaking havoc on them."

Given there was a cult here, that was always a concern to me at this point. The title read 'Details on The Vicious.' I recalled that term from Misty and Remus when I'd snuck out last time and listened in on their conversation. Yes, some sort of weapon, right? I placed my hand on the cover, and after a deep breath, turned to page one. Nothing of value, yet, given it was a bunch of acknowledgments and chapters. I made a mental note that this felt a lot like a textbook, but why? The introduction told me: 'Welcome to the comprehensive guide on why our species must be incredibly careful around delicate humans.' Clearly, this was a book meant for vampires, which made it all the more intriguing.

The book totally has 60 pages, each has 12 to 15 lines. I read the book somewhat unwillingly until one line caught my attention which caused all the hair in my body to stand up immediately. "Once again I'm warning you, Heil is not what you are thinking. His brain is more active than the normal human and he can see your past once he looks into your eyes. Trust me, he is a human, not an animal. I hope my first 30 pages would have cleared your doubt." What!! Heil is not a human!!! It's a monster. I saw that with my own eyes. The book is totally shit!!
