Novel & Cerita The Hunt For Omega

Orion “Any news?” I asked Jaxon, who walked into my office, plopping on the couch. “Nothing. We haven’t found anything. The ones we interrogated were hired by some omega who disappeared,” he explained. The entire day, I have been trying to find out who attacked last night, but it’s like a dead end. “Omega? Surely an omega can’t have enough resources to hire such skilled mercenaries. It can’t be possible.” “I know,” he said, rubbing his forehead.

I placed my palm on my chest. Shit! She needs us! The pain in my chest keeps increasing. I have no other option than to use it. 'I will try my best to not let it take over' My wolf said determined.Him too knowing, we have no other option to find her faster. I pushed forward my demon, letting it take the place and using the energy to search for Annalise. I tried to keep my wolf in charge as well. The shadows started forming and going towards the back side of the mini cottage, the very place where omegas are kept.

Alpha Kael looked at him. “This situation has unusual elements that are difficult to explain through standard forensic reasoning. I want to be transparent. We cannot guarantee we will identify the culprit through conventional means.” “Do what you can.” Alpha Soren said. They filed out of the office and into the car waiting outside. The doors closed and the vehicle pulled away. Alpha Kael looked straight ahead. “It’s confirmed.” He said. “The Omega is hunting us. Now, is it male or female? Now is it from afar or… near us?”

I said softly and I let the words settle into the space between us because I had known since the night the duel was called and I had known since the night the coalition knelt and I had known since the night the elders spoke the prophecy that I was the one they were hunting. He studied my face and his eyes were sharp despite his age and his voice was careful when he spoke. “Then you know that he has been searching for years and he has been searching for signs of the Omega prophecy and he has been watching packs across the territories for any wolf who showed the signs that the old stories spoke of. When word spread that a female Omega stood beside an Alpha and challenged the old laws and comma

Hareya, including Sister Filomena, were still searching the area since it was late afternoon, and the others decided to hunt after them. For every hour that I found nothing, my worry would only increase. For hours I spent wandering with no direction or goal. The only thing that kept me going was the thought of her. Honestly, I had never been this scared because I knew that some evil and greedy creatures were hunting my best friend, especially those thirsty for her blood. They were very dangerous beings, after all. Suddenly, Omega stopped to sniff the air before turning his head toward me. 'Do you smell that?' he asked when our minds linked.

Rue chimed in. "Alphas from the three packs are going crazy searching for the special Omega to become the next Alpha of Alphas" Chris continued. But the Marshall's were killed?" Scarlet lifted an eyebrow. "That was the story but the Omega is very much alive and she's being hunted. These Omegas were being tested at the altar and once they prove to not be the Omega they want, they are killed, it's dangerous for she-wolves, especially omegas, marked or unmarked. It's the reason why Alpha Reid wants Scarlet guarded at all times but the omega had proven stubborn and run off on her own"

“And I didn’t summon you here for pleasantries. Tell me who you are and what you are exactly.” Her throat bobbed, and fingers curled into her top like they could hide her. “I’m Dextera Neville, an Omega of Bisclaveret Pack, under the reign of Alpha Kestrel Wagner, son of Nelson Wagner, Sovereign Of His Bloodline.” I folded my arms. “Save me the hierarchy. I want real answers. You know what I'm talking about, young lady.” “I… I don’t...” I cut her off. “What happened last night, Dextera? You’re a wolfless Omega as far as I know. That’s what your records from Bisclaveret said. You never shifted! But what I saw out there in those woods was not an ordinary shift.”

“I did not sign the papers.” “I know.” “How,” I asked. “You are not invisible,” he replied. My head spun. “Are you here to finish it?” “No.” “Then why,” I asked. He studied me for a moment. “Because I was curious.” “Curious about what?” I whispered. “How an omega survived what should have killed her.” I tried to laugh. “Congratulations. I am still dying.” He stood and lifted me easily into his arms. I protested weakly. “Put me down.”

"What can I do for you?” “The Omega Isabella’s mother just died, so she is now available for you but she has done a runner, I have my best fighting tracker following her and for nothing but some extra fun would you like to go hunting with me for her once they get close?” "That is extremely tempting... Yes, I will take you up on that invitation. The hunt will make her submission to me so much better once I get it from her.” “Okay, I will call and let you know when we are close.”

A bounty of half a million bucks was placed on the absconded omega, and bounty hunters had been at work from the previous day when it was announced. “Did you come to know if the bounty was for real?” Killian had been in the trenches, and he knows so much, the way of henchmen like Reuben who was kneeling before us. “Indeed, my king, I came to know it was true.” Reuben was humble with his words, maybe because he was kneeling before a Lycan king who could rip his throat if the need be. “Indeed, I placed a bounty of half a million on the evil omega, but in your case, I will make it a million if ever you will bring her dead or alive.” Killian said.
