The Journey Of The West Novels & Stories

None of them would. "Fine," I said. "We all go. We stay together." We prepared for the journey, gathering supplies, planning our route. The villagers watched us go, their faces full of hope and fear. "We'll be back," Kaela said. "We always come back." "We know," Silas said. "We'll keep the home fires burning." We walked for days, following the light that pulled us east. The land changed around us, growing colder, darker. The warmth of the circle was fainter here.

She had to restore the light. The journey began the next morning. Sage packed her bags, left a note for her parents, and slipped out of the city before dawn. She didn't know where she was going, but she trusted her instincts. She trusted the pull she felt in her heart. She traveled for weeks, crossing mountains and rivers, following the faint traces of a path that had been forgotten for centuries. She met people along the way, farmers and traders and wanderers. She told them her story, and some laughed, some pitied her, and some—a few—listened.

"I will leave within the day, traveling light and fast, with only enough guard to protect against ordinary dangers along the road." I departed before sunset, accompanied only by two trusted guards, our pace deliberately swift despite the treacherous terrain awaiting us further north. The journey stretched across nearly two weeks, the mountain passes growing steadily more difficult as we climbed higher into territory I had never personally traveled before, despite ruling lands that bordered these very peaks.

“What did you do up there?” “We enjoyed the scenery,” answered Casser before climbing up his cart to get something. “We just looked for landmarks. Casser is not quite sure if he’s leading us towards the right direction,” said Mira. “But the view is great up there.” “You mean lost!” said Wen. “So, are we going the right direction?” asked Eldion. “We should be going west towards the Kanima Pass, but the road is going further north,” said Mira looking at the direction of the ancient road.

It just goes to show how vast the empire is. Someone could live comfortably for years by simply acquiring ownership of a portion of the empire on their own. But no one wants to live in constant fear of being caught, so I doubt many people would do something like this. We were travelling from East to West, a month-long journey. I trained while the carriage travelled, and the scenery changed several times, from forest to desert to mountains to hills. I remembered Henry and the assignment I had given him. "Take care of this shop for me."

Darla sidles up to Alcina, brows raised and an awful grin on her features. “In the middle of a war and the two of you seem to be enjoying the loveliest of honeymoon phases-” “Darla!” Alcina hisses, embarrassed. Percy snorts into his fist. Alcina’s cheeks glow red. * * * * * * * * * * * They reach the Western Plains by nightfall. They drive a path straight through the forests, unsuitable for carriages and large retinues, but perfect for a slim group on horseback.

"Starblood pack." That was not one I had heard of or had encountered before. I tilted my head as I said, "I have never heard of it, so there is a good chance that it is not anywhere nearby. And If it’s too far, I am not exactly a fast runner and won’t be able to keep up with other wolves easily..." I trailed off, waiting to see how they would respond. The Beta looked deep in thought. "It is about a week's journey to the west. Hmmm... If we can get a picnic basket, would you allow yourself to be carried in it?"

4 Years ago HUNJI After wandering for what seemed like a lifetime but was only eight years, our journey had brought us to the western continent. The first continent. I stepped off the cargo ship and breathed in the air. It was different – moister. Not as hot as it is in central Asiarian or out in the barren desert of Lul and not as sparse as the land in Asiarian.

One particularly memorable trip was a long, forty-eight-hour one-way journey that offered a panoramic view of the entire country. Starting from the hustle and bustle of city life, the journey took him through diverse landscapes, including the highest snowy mountains, dense forests, vast deserts, lush green fields, and finally, the snowy peaks of mighty mountains. This journey was like a long, beautiful movie, showcasing the breathtaking sights of nature. Vicky was able to witness a stunning series of beautiful plains, mighty mountains, and picturesque landscapes. This unforgettable journey left an indelible mark on Vicky's memories, and he would always treasure it in his heart.

I turned towards her, but her eyes were immovably closed while she speaks at a slow pace in her sleep. It was better than seeing tears falling from her eyes. I tossed my focus back on the map, it wasn’t something I could do in a day. But getting to start was every essential. I mapped out the west region, at Montana before it gets to Alaska. Funny, the whole of the journey would be in a forest, forest with huge mountains and hills. I wished I could go along. As that thought crossed my mind I swiftly turned to check on Aria. She was soundly asleep now, and that brought my heart beat decelerating to normal.
