She watched as intelligence swam behind the eyes of the dragon that had found her, yet never gave her away. They were as magnificent as they were deadly. She fell back onto her hands, confused about how she could be in awe of such vile creatures. What has come over me?

Leam said as he took a quick bite of the eggs. “That is true. It is extremely rare for someone to have two mates, even for twins. It is usually only alpha twins that have a single mate. Although it doesn’t make sense to me.” Lucas said and Leam nodded in agreement. “Considering we are encouraged to have many pups. Not exactly fair to our single mate, is it?” Leam mentioned. “Right, yeah. I was definitely not expecting two mates. I was expecitng more than one and I guess I am worried that I won't be able to satisfy you.”

It looked like it was about to grab everything on the ground. Chase roared, and two duplicates split out from him. Each of them generated an elemental dragon. One was black, and the other was white. They were the Dark and Light Double Dragons. They shot right at the giant, demonic claws. "Not bad. You didn't let me down with your cultivation level. You're able to fight me while stopping Jasper. Let's see how long you're able to keep this up, especially when I have an unlimited demonic aura." Zeno laughed sinisterly.

She was the complete opposite, she a devil in prada heels. And the queen wouldn't be a queen without her possy of idiots. Maria, or as i call her Bobble Head 1, to Riley's left. Then, the miracle happened. The twins didn't panic. They looked at each other, their violet and emerald light merging into a brilliant, metallic gold. They didn't blink or levitate; they expanded. A pair of massive, translucent wings—one violet, one emerald—erupted from the "Twin-Storm." They weren't bird wings; they were wings made of pure, solidified aurora. They caught the wind, the descent slowing instantly. Félix looked up, his eyes wide with shock, as his children literally carried him through the air. I flared my own kinetic power, gliding down to meet them.

From two directions at once. It is like watching two small dragons learning to beat clumsy wings: they do not yet understand how to fly, but they already know they must break free of the place that binds them. The air cracked around them, shimmering with heat and spell-light.

I rushed to the hospital. “Triplets,” the private physician pushed his glasses up his nose, looking even more shocked than I was as he studied the ultrasound image. “Three dragon eggs, to be precise.” I lay on the examination bed, staring at the monitor. Three oval shapes were lined up neatly, each glowing with a faint, ethereal light. “Is that normal?” I asked. “For dragons, perfectly normal,” the doctor said, quickly taking notes. “You’re two months along. The shells are forming. We expect them to hatch in another six months.”

It was the place where she felt she belonged, now and forever. "You know, in old times, and I mean old times like before my parents… Middle Ages, and even before that, there was a handful of cases when dragons were mated to other species. Plus, there is something about pure dragon couples that makes them infertile for the better part of the century. That's partly the reason why there's so little of us in the world. And most of the living dragons are now very old. Some of them never had kids…
