"Elena, look at him. He’s more than a wolf, he’s definitely not a human... he’s a wizard. Like the ones from the old Pack legends. The ones who could weave the world out of nothing." Elena’s head snapped toward me, and her eyes flashed with a sudden, sharp anger. "A wizard?" she snapped, stepping toward me. "Nathaniel, shut up. Just... shut your mouth." "Elena, he just made a car disappear into a different dimension—" "He didn't make it disappear, he said he made it! And don't you dare start labeling him with your pack nonsense!" She was pacing now, her hands fluttering in the air. "He is fifteen years old! He is a student at Oakhaven Middle School! He is not a 'wizard' or a 'Keeper' or a 'w

Like the air itself was watching me. “Nope. Nope, nope, nope.” I scrambled to my feet, brushing moss off my jeans. My hoodie was torn at the elbow, and mud streaked my boots, but otherwise I was intact. “Okay, Zoey. You’re fine. You’ve seen weirder. You binge-read fantasy novels for fun. This is just… one of those. Live-action. Without the popcorn.”

“Listen to me, boy. You won’t bring justice by charging into the lion’s den bare-chested. If you go now, you’ll be another corpse they forget.” James glared at him. “Then what? What do I do, wait until they wipe out what’s left of my people?” “No,” the wizard said. “You become the weapon they never see coming.” He turned and motioned for James to follow. Inside the wizard’s cottage, the air thickened with the scent of old parchment, bitter herbs, and something faintly metallic. The wizard walked to a large stone basin and began chanting in an ancient tongue. He tossed in dried herbs, crushed bone powder, and a vial of dark liquid that sizzled as it hit the hot water.

Heidi had used a bright yellow crayon to draw two massive, perfectly round circles for the eyes. "He’s really, really tall," Heidi explained, pointing her small finger at the yellow circles. "And he wears a big coat with a hood, just like a wizard. He doesn't talk out loud. He talks inside my head like a whisper. And he has eyes like the moon, Mommy. They glow bright yellow even when the sun is hiding."

In less than an hour, Paul's subordinate brought a wizard into the room. The wizard cast the flashback spell on Zoe’s wand in front of everyone. The result showed that his magic wand had not produced a blood sucking spell. The last time she used the wand, it was in the Blue Lagoon Pack. "I told you I wasn't lying," said Zoe in a mocking tone, looking at Paul and Ruby with a bad look. "All wizards and witches are not as despicable as you think." Paul's expression was made of stone. He had spoken a lot of harsh words before, but now he could only give Ruby a disgruntled look.

Author Pov After an all eventful journey, they arrived back at Silver Moon Pack. Everyone was seated in the living room, when the Wizard arrived. He dropped a piece of cloth on the ground, leaving everyone looking at him with questioning eyes. “That is the cloth of Willow’s child.” “What!” Everyone echoed. “Willow has a child?” Aliaria asked in disbelief. “I had to make several enquiry and my findings lead me to believe that the only reason Rudolph Oaster isn’t dead is because Willow made him a slave and through him is able to procreate.” The wizard explained.

The trees, the floor, the houses, and the flowers—I stared at them all. Wizard Ezra is a man who speaks of power and authority. Each step he takes or leaves behind is seen as a legacy. A lot of people worship and adore him, and we all grew up hearing his wonderful stories and adventures. Stories like how he saved his people when werewolves attacked the coven and fortress, stories like how he destroyed a thousand soldiers without moving an inch from where he sat, how he used his blood for sacrifice just to protect his people, and a lot more that every witch knows of.

No one would be paying much mind to a rotting old house in the south-side of the city. The stench of rot burned my nose as I trudged my way down to the basement, the floorboards whining with every step I took. Before my candle even lit my path, I could hear his deep, aching groans. “Gods, what took you so long?” he moaned. “I’ve been stabbed. I need medical attention!” “Stabbed?” I asked, more curious than outraged. “By who?” “The girl,” said the wizard. “Send me out of Orheroad. I used magic to stop the bleeding, but you must send me out of this place. I’m needed back at the Divine Spirit as quickly as possible.
