Jabberwock นิยาย & เรื่องราว

"I am here. No form of yours could frighten me. Show yourself, Fred. Show me what you've become?" The wind stopped, and dark clouds parted to let rays of sunlight fall all around Rose. The gloomy setting of darkness around the land shifted, drifting back like a thing dismissed, and in the gentle illumination before her, she saw the lizard-like creature, black as night on the flat of its belly, and big like a crocodile with its sharp claws glued to the rock, but more agile, seeming stationary, but within, she knew it was deadly fast, and lethal. Its yellow eyes, Rose knew, were fixed on her, but there was nothing to fear.

He knew the tales of her warrior success which meant he knew the stories of her feral side that had quickly spread after the Pack Wars. It was a rainy day and early in the morning. Dew stuck to the ground and fog lined the tops of the tall trees that surrounded the property. Adelaide stood leaning against the wide trunk of a tree, it’s bark bit into her back, as she repeatedly let her eyes wander over the empty space. She was constantly assessing for threats as she took a bite of the red apple she held in her right hand while her arm was crossed across her mid-section.

We both looked at the woman in black when she spoke. "Daniell Jane Cruz." My eyes widened when she mentioned my full name. "Cyrille Bertiz." Cyrille and I looked at each other. "H-how did you know our name?" Cyrille asked tremblingly. The woman did not answer. We also couldn’t see her face because it was covered. “Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall Humpty Dumpty had a great fall All the king’s horses and all the king’s men Couldn’t put Humpty together again.” My hand kept shaking. That song

I struggled to undo the door with shaking hands, when I was flooded with hot and cold at the same time. “I’m done, Siobhanny. Your spook butt is dead.” I rattled the bars, but the Ambbuttador didn’t raise his head. “He’s not here; it’s a Wolve Winner memory.” Jeremy’ voice was low and dangerous. The shock broke through my distress. “And she’ll be dead on my teeth first.”

'I'm not taking any chances! Jigen was able to penetrate the Jabberwock and it screeched in pain, Sahra took action, and with her vorpal sword she beheaded the dragon-like creature. "And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?" I asked sarcastically, and looked at Sahra whose look was a bit disgusted, "It is not funny isn't it?." I sigh since it appears that I just displayed a very humiliating feat, both McKenna’s eyes felt a bit sorry for my fallen joke.

He remembered the illustration well. It was the Last Weaver, the Hare of dissolution. He was sleek and silky black with one red eye and where the other should be was a white void. Although... Nickel couldn't help himself... "Shouldn't you be, I don't know, bigger?" The Last Weaver - who from his studies Nickel knew the toms called Frog and saw as the one they had the most unresolved issues with when he appeared - stretched forward with his paws, a judgemental eyebrow of dark smoke appearing out of nowhere.

I broke free of Jarnja's arms as the summer heat of the yellow rose intensified, my breaths coming hot and heavy at the touch of her lips. The cockerel of Ragnarok, my fetch Gullinkambi, crowed to herald Sunna's bright apex in the sky as noon settled its dry bones across the mountain kingdom of Utgardr.

I'm staring at him from the corner of the eye that can still see him and trying to tell him to move his boot when I feel a painful jab right in the butt. I can't help it. It's pure instinct. I give a high-pitched bark that turns into a howl. Graydon is looking at me in horror. Only then do I realise what I've accidentally done. I've given off the Wolf Alarm. The troll bomb!

For a vampire as old as Bobby, just that faint vapour that clung to every molecule of air or had seeped into Alex's skin was enough to provide sustenance and yet there was something unsettling about being able to taste the life force of one of your closest friends. The vampire closed the cover of their tablet still frowning at the witch who was now glaring daggers into the marble surface of the work counter. "There isn't enough of what?" Bobby asked after exchanging looks with Alex. "Water." Ursula barked, straightening and looking to the ceiling, shoulders slumping. "Johnny had all of the full bottles of water containing the poison. Over half of them were destroyed when he was attacked." "B

Larry look away guiltly before stuttering. " I'm sorry Jilly, i know... I'm ... Wrong, very wrong but Mr Mike won't spare me if i disobey him... I'm only here to beg for forgiveness, i have learnt my mistake. I'm so sorry " He pleaded with intense sincerity that i look away from him. " When Jack's friend caused mayor's creation to go bankrupt he gave the man a second chance and so i will give you a second chance. We will be working for mayors creation from now onwards ... Alright ? " I asked him .
