Lloyd asked eventually, tiring of gazing at the nothingness. Thomas shrugged. "It depends. We move faster than others at sea, we're in-between times and worlds. POV Joann Thomas pushed a connection with Aiden and I. “You’re going to want to see this.” He said before cutting the connection. A few minutes later we could hear Thomas pull up. Aiden and I waited in the kitchen, Thomas was never really one for surprises so we weren’t sure what to expect. The caravan of Black Moon pack should arrive any time now. Tears filled my eyes as I looked at my mom's diary, my necklace, and the drawing on his shoulder. “Sleep a little,” he responded calmly, blowing a strange powder to my face. Still clutching my mom's diary close to my chest I passed out immediately. “He still hasn't shown up, I don't think he will come,” Donald said quietly, sounding exhausted. “He will come, I know him,” Quinn responded calmly, his voice filled with determination. “We don't have much time anymore, if he hasn't come by tomorrow, we will need to leave here,” Donald said sharply, the sound of fading footsteps accompanying his words.

On a road outside the school, there was a black car parked there. Thomas got in the car, the car started to move. Harvey held the steering wheel and shook his head, saying, "It's really unlucky to be your friend. I've bypassed more than half of the city to pick you up. Do you know how happy it is to sleep one hour more in bed in such a cold winter?" Thomas narrowed his eyes and leaned against his pillow, lazily saying, "Get up early to get better."

"Frank said he was okay with William bringing you extra food until the pup recovers her strength, but I’m saying this now it seems odd to me that the parents would just leave the pup like that unprotected and still too young to be away from its parents," Thomas said before he left to go get the warriors, he would need for the search party tomorrow.
