She asked, looking hopeful. I smiled and nodded, and she squealed. I shook my head at her. “I don't know how Raphael finds the energy that he exudes on this show,” I told Raven. “He is just a ball of energy. There is never a dull moment with him.” She concurred. I nodded as I stared at Raphael's energetic body moving on the screen, I was watching the rebroadcast of today's live stream. “Ariel,” Raven called, I raised my head from my screen and stared at her, “I am just so happy to get to talk about everything happening with you,” Her eyes turned wistful.

I followed it like a compass I wasn’t supposed to have. Raphael stood in the middle of a living room that looked like it had been designed by someone who hated clutter and loved power. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city like it was his personal snow globe. He wore a charcoal button-down with the sleeves rolled once, forearms bare, a thin scar running along the left one like a signature. His hair was still mostly black, but silver had started winning battles at the temples. He looked exactly like the man my mother had warned me about and nothing like the uncle who used to slip me twenty-dollar bills at family barbecues when I was twelve.

”Good morning son, Ashton” Weston greets us with a warm smile. Max comes over and gives a brotherly hug to Sebastian and fist bumps me. I notice his nostrils flare a little and he grins at Sebastian who looks unbothered. What was that about. Do I stink? Whatever. Soon we start to warm up by running laps, then push ups and arms circles and leg swings. After warm up everyone takes their own space and turns to face this huge bulky guy with a visible scar over his eye, who barks the orders. ”He is our head warrior Raphael” Sebastian tells me with a quiet voice.
