God my head was pounding, My lungs are burning with every breath I took. What the hell happened. I start to open my eyes as they feel so heavy. Cold cement floors and walls, with a set of spiral stairs straight In the center that lead to a trap door on the ceiling.This like something out of a movie. What was going on, I'm seriously starting to panic at this point. I finally start to get my eyes fully open and see that I'm laying on hay not even a cot just hay. What do they think I am a dog.

I firmed my grip on the handle as I jerked it open such that it almost came off it hinge. "Down to the basement!" A husky voice had ordered which makes our heart clenches. The basement is not a good place, someone might have commit a taboo and today, the person might end up in a body bag On getting to the basement, my gaze get locked with a beautiful lady whose icy eyes almost seems like mine. Mira staggered, cursing, as Adrian vanished through the trapdoor beneath the floor.

“Then you have nothing to worry about, we still have some time. Let’s find somewhere safe for you, then, we’ll go back for your siblings first thing in the morning.” I wanted to protest against it but she gave me a pleading look. “Okay, then,” I said, slumping into the soft car seat. It felt so good to be outside those four walls. For the longest time, I had felt trapped. Shit, I was trapped by Ruiz. I knew he was going to be really upset whenever he found out that I had gone. Initially, I felt Bonnie’s plan to start a fire in front of the house as a distraction wouldn’t work. But luckily enough, it worked and I was finally free.
