I drifted closer and looked down. On the white paper was a girl with twin ponytails. She stood in front of a group of dark, faceless figures. She had her arms spread wide, as if shielding someone behind her. Behind her was another smaller girl with twin ponytails, but she had no mouth. Mom stared at the drawing. Her body began to tremble. As she shook violently, tears ran down her face uncontrollably. Her voice came out strained, as if squeezed from deep in her throat. "Darling, do you mean… you were being bullied, and Willow was protecting you?"

Creed, Noah's mother, who watched in silence. "Told her what?" Noah questioned as his mother sat down on the couch without uttering a word and just stared at her son. "What the hell did you say to her, you frog?" He stood up and marched toward her. “Ah... How dare you?" Susan sparked.
