U Washington Library Mga Nobela at Kwento

Helena had left early Monday morning to go to work on her thesis. She needed to use some reference books and she knew Edward would be home later so she had decided to spend the entire day getting as much work done as she could before he got back. Helena walked into the Harold Washington Library and took the escalators up past the fountains to the main floor. She continued to the fourth floor. She was on auto drive; she wasn’t thinking about her research project or what books she needed for her thesis.

A friend has already plunged into the world of social networks through the phone: - Yeah, - she answered me and continued to scribble messages. Ten minutes later I was already entering the library, which was located in the main building of the University of Wyoming. Yes, everything is close here, not to be compared with the territory of the University of Maryland in College Park, which I have already studied several times on the map. Bertha was at the lending counter, arranging an impressive stack of books for the student. When I approached, she smiled and asked me to wait with her eyes. I had nothing against it, I decided to walk around such a favorite room for now. Over there, at the end o

And then she left. I let out a heavy sigh as if I had just escaped from something dangerous. Alone at last, I wandered between the towering shelves, running my fingers along the spines of books that contained centuries of werewolf history and law. Hmm, this seems interesting. So I reached for it, sliding it carefully from its place. But as I removed the book, I caught a glimpse of a figure through the gap I took the book from.

I asked Deb for a clear morning and she gave it to me with the particular competence of someone who understood that clear mornings were not indulgences but maintenance. I went to the Library of Congress. I had never been inside. Nora had asked about it, years ago, before any of this, before the campaign, when Washington was still a city I came to for meetings and left again. I had promised to go with her and I had not yet managed it, but I had been thinking about it. The main reading room stopped me at the entrance the way beautiful rooms sometimes do. I stood there for a moment. The light and the height and the silence of accumulated knowledge, all the things that had ever been written down

She then proceeds to prepare for breakfast. It is two pm and Wanda has not seen Milos, not even once since she woke up in the morning. She walks around the mansion but does not see him. She decides to visit the Territory Library. Soon, she immerses herself in a whole lot of werewolf history books. She is intrigued by what she reads, and she doesn’t know when night falls. The library never closes, she learns, as the wolves are encouraged to study whenever they choose. Footsteps jolt her out of her research. She turns to see who it is.
