Fourth Quarter: The Crucible The final quarter was a test of everything the Cannibals had built. The Thunder, desperate to reclaim the lead, launched a furious drive. The mother checked the progress of her daughter who was unpacking things in the room. Some boxes are open, and chaos in the room can be seen in various directions. "No mom." The girl looked around to confirm one by one the contents of the box that had been scrambled by herself. "I guess..." She faltered at the end, unsure if her memory might be wrong.

My breath freezes completely at the name initials. Those are my uncle Mikey’s initials. The screen flickers again. “Error. File terminated.” it reads out I stare at the line, my pulse hammering in my ears as I think about everything and why they were all sent to a file with my uncle's initials on it. “What did you do uncle” I whisper to the empty lab.

“We are so close, Kai.” He gestured toward the field. “Quarter finals. Semi finals. Finals.”
