Antonio snapped his fingers. Several vampires entered the room excitedly, fangs bare and eyes eager. They circled around Diego and Gopika. "I'm sure dwarves foresee the future, but tonight I'll do a little seeing," Diego dropped the chains as Antonio stepped aside with a smile, "do look into your future." At once, the vampires pounced on Gopika, aggressively biting and clawing her body, followed by her agonized screams. "GOPIKA!" He shook the bars hysterically, shouting at the top of his lungs as he watched his daughter turn to a feeding trough for bloodsuckers. "Father! Aahhh!"

Hanzo's POV “What the hell did he mean by a lot?” She cries out when Jackson hits a bump in the road. “It’s a vampire thing, the more you feed on fresh blood the stronger you are and the faster you heal. If you feed enough, you’d be stronger than I am,” I admit staring at the blood on my hand trying to control my own urges.

It was Riven, the young heir of the oldest family in the northern lands. He was the first vampire to reach a partnership with me. He walked steadily to my side, naturally forming a barrier. The fragile certainty he had clung to moments ago was replaced by shock and a sharp, piercing pain. He looked at Riven, then back at me in disbelief, as if unable to comprehend how another vampire could step so naturally between us.

The new vampires stood up in their immortal forms, all in a separate species from the other. They were all physically different. The first one looked very similar to the joker, only this one had fangs, longer nails, a deadly face that made him look like an angry bat, short, red-skinned, and a very huge head. I quickly recognized that one to be the night prowler. He was of the Yara-ma-yha-who breed. An ancient breed common in Japan.

It startled him as he and his wife were busy rummaging through their mind for the answer. “No, Your Excellency, he heard from them they were changing their places frequently. And did not stay in one place for long. My thought says they’re turning that newly minted vampire into a hybrid,” Jorden’s father expressed his tension. It was a rule that no one could make a hybrid because it would bring disaster. He didn’t care about the others’ states. But he doesn’t wish these things to happen to his kingdom or his village.
