The Vampire Princess

The Vampire Princess

He stood over me, all raw power and dangerous. I whimpered when I bumped my arm, and he knelt closer to me. He was on all fours, hovering over me. My bones were quickly healing, and I was ready to shove him away. His face was an inch away from mine now, fangs out and hissing. I didn’t know what to do. I had never seen a vampire like this before. He lowered his head and scented my neck. I trembled with fear and anticipation for what I didn’t know.

From the folklore. That’s the dude attacking the pack.” Alexa summarized her knowledge of the supernatural, occult, and folklore as follows: “His name is Abraham Van Brunt. He is a revenant.

Aaron

Aaron

He made a gesture, as if to hand the floor over and took a seat in the front row as a short, muscular figure dressed entirely in black rose and nodded in his direction, a dark cloak swinging out behind as Van turned to address the captive audience. Alice Van Helsing was known for her deadly aim. Choosing to fire her steel-tipped wooden stakes through a crossbow, she was quick and lethal. No one knew for sure the number of Vampires she had destroyed in the last century, but estimates put it in the thousands. She was tiny but compact, and with one penetrating glance from dark eyes framed by heavy brows, she had the room silenced.

The Crimson Warrior's Bride

I told him as I bit him until he died and turned into ash. Since the situation had calmed down, I rushed to check into Anastasia's tent myself. Hugo was fighting 5 middle-class vampires and 3 high-class vampires in his wolf form. His wolf, Erik, was a huge red wolf with brown eyes. Although Erik wasn't as big as Axel, it was capable of tearing 4 middle-class vampires apart easily.

The fate of the Rejected Alpha

The fate of the Rejected Alpha

She sniffs the air, and the smell of various kinds of fresh meat makes her whole body vibrate and her mouth salivate. She follows the carriage. About thirty meters away from the village, she sees a huge house. That one was different from the others, it wasn't made of wood. The carriage stops in front of the iron gate. "This is my chance," she whispers, and with quick paces she goes to the back of the carriage. The gates of the base open, and as usual, the task of receiving the delivery of supplies is for Occisor. "We have come to bring the meat to Lord Occisor Van Helsing, and the blood to the ladies, Mary and Margaret Van Helsing

House of Lycans (After Dark)

House of Lycans (After Dark)

He stood up from his seat alongside two of his henchmen and drew out a knife from his back pocket. "Jones don't," Warned the bartender, "He's Dante Helsing," A look of shock registered on their faces which they immediately hid. They were very much aware of Dante's reputation. Although born the second son of the original Lycan, Van Helsing, thousands of years ago the Lycan shifter had taken a much different path from his father and his kind, dedicating his immortal existence to ridding the world of the Lycanthropes. Scarlett: The Crimson Bride

Scarlett asked, still feeling a little bemused. "Well, yeah. There's the good Mythics - the magic users; Wizards, Fairies, Nymphs, any sort like that. But they're all mostly extinct. Vampires and Vampire Hunters

Vampires and Vampire Hunters

KATERINA Just as I reached the next set of lockers, I froze, almost as though on instinct. My spine tingled the way it always did around unfamiliar vampires, and the scent of vampire invaded my nose, but this time ... there was something strange about it. Mixed with the sharp, pungent vampire scent was something unmistakably pleasant, almost resembling honey as well as spicy perfume. Slowly, I turned toward the lockers, totally unprepared for what stood in front me- or should I say who stood in front of me. The strangely pleasant-smelling vampire seemed to be observing me carefully as he peeked through his long, dark lashes and leaned against one of the lockers. He had a perfectly placed smu

The Pack's Vampire

Heath told her. “Let’s hope that they work,” she tore her eyes away from the two men on the couch. “There was no sign of the little girl, they said. Poor Lauren.” She swallowed thickly, her eyes filling with sympathetic tears. “Those soldiers, Heath,” she added. “What is going on?” “Van Helsings,” Heath said grimly. “I’m not sure if they’re all Van Helsings, or some are… but we are almost entirely sure that the NES has Van Helsing agents amongst them.”

Barbara Loheide Melendez
This series is epic, a real nail biter! Yes, it is dark and touches on many uncomfortable issues, but there is redemption and forgiveness and healing. It shows that people can overcome their past and true change is possible with love and communication. I love the characters, especially the vampire.
Fox 2005
very dense story. highly recommended to start with book one, else you are missing too many information needed to understand the different timelines and points if view. yet these arches are more than necessary for the density. showing perspectives, helping the reader to understand the characters...
