An unfamiliar cry came from the woods across from us, and I spun around to see dozens of werecats running towards me at top speed, clearly coming to attack. I didn’t see Azami anymore, but I was sure she was nearby. I needed to lift the spell on our warriors, but first, that meant I had to get to her. My body quivered with residual pain from the curse, but the feeling of freedom from my wolf was more than enough to drown it out. She saw the approaching enemy and howled with glee, ready to fight. I ran forward, as far in front of the rest of the wolves as I could get, meeting the werecats head on.

The book has a black leather cover and on the center of the cover, there is a glass bulging bubble that's filled with some kind of red liquid. Please don't be blood. I bend to pick up the book and stumble back a bit. It's heavy and I lug it into the room kicking the door shut with the back of my heel before moving to sit down on my bed. "Who left you at my door." I run my hand over the cover and I can feel the light layer of dust on it. My hand stops at the glass bubble and I avoid touching that part.

There was a fusion of colors all over the page but in the middle of the page there was painting of a man standing in the dark with his legs apart and bands facing the ground. The only fascinating thing was his shadow was entirely different. It was a wolf with it's all four legs on the ground but with it's head held high and it's snout was in the air like it was howling. "Darn it", l frowned when I failed to understand anything.

We collided, claws and teeth flashing in the dark. But I was too angry. My rage made me reckless. Marcus took advantage of an opening in my attack and sank his teeth into my back leg. Searing pain sent me stumbling. Then Lila shifted. A silver she-wolf. Beautiful and deadly. They ganged up on me. I was quickly outmatched. Blood poured from a dozen wounds, staining the warehouse floor red. Finally, I crashed to the ground, unable to get up. Marcus and Lila shifted back, looming over me.

“Have you found anything more on the Golden Wolves?” That caught my attention. “Golden wolves?” “You know about them?” Ryder seemed surprised. I shook my head and reached for the book Axel had been flipping through. It was an old book based on the colour of the paper and how worn it was. The cover was plain and made out of leather that looked a little newer. I traced the golden wolf on the front cover with shaky fingertips. My brows dipped into a frown as I studied it. Something about it felt familiar but I couldn’t place my finger on it. Somehow it felt like I had heard about them before.

He revealed. "Hmmmm!" I hummed. The Iron Claw Warriors were the sword of the werewolf kingdom. They were the werewolf king's army and they were usually led by warrior leaders. The Iron Claw Warriors were to directly participate in the war and Erbot was also a warrior and one of the four leaders of the Iron Claw Warriors.

Alpha Andrew's POV I just do not understand what is happening. I have loved Iris as long as I can remember and have not allowed another she - wolf come close. At her parents marriage anniversary, I was pleasantly surprised at the attention she paid me. But for some male wolves who wanted her, - though I cannot sincerely say I blame them, Iris is a very beautiful and desirable Princess- I got all her attention and I could feel hope building up inside of me.
