I Refuse to Divorce!

I Refuse to Divorce!

Then, she slumped onto the restroom floor. Curling up, she covered her face slowly, “Ella! No!” She cried her eyes out. Suddenly, the monitoring device showed waves starting to fluctuate as it emitted a faint beeping sound. Then, Ella’s finger twitched ever so slightly. Was Zoe crying? Don’t cry, Zoe! I’ll do a backflip. Would that make you feel better?

It is a great story. Really long but worth your money. Building on one character at a go. The end was abit slow but once you grasp the writing style it gets prolific and you cannot stop until you reach the end. By then there is no more to say.

A journey of resilience & determination to hold onto love, despite the challenges, is beautifully written. Author has a way of creating complex characters & relationships that feel so real. The story is packed with drama, heartfelt moments, and unexpected twists that keep you hooked.

Married To My Ex's Uncle

Married To My Ex's Uncle

I said again, getting up. “I understand you clearly boss” he replied again looking me in the eye this time, to show that he copied my message. He was a smart young man so I was less worried. As they were about to leave, a slim looking black girl rushed in with so much tears in her eyes, seemed like she had cried so much, that it made her mascara lose focus and down like a fountain, she was looking like a ghost from a hunted movie series but it did not seem like cared as the only thing that came out her mouth was Joan’s name

Rise Of The Broken Luna

Rise Of The Broken Luna

~Celina~ I snapped my head up hearing someone clear their throat and saw Fiona standing there with an awkward grin on her face. I flushed, turning my face and wiping the tears away. Damn traitor hormones. “It’s okay, babe. I wouldn’t ever judge you. You can cry all you want if that makes you feel better,” Fiona said gently, patting my back, and my tears fell harder, my lips wobbling as I tried to speak. “I swear I am not a crybaby. I am just… I don’t even know why these stupid tears aren’t stopping!”

THE BOY NEXT DOOR

THE BOY NEXT DOOR

The sound of her crying echoed in the empty cubicle of the girl's toilet. Maya cried for what felt like hours until she finally regained some composure. She splashed cold water on her face and looked at herself in the mirror. Her eyes were red and puffy, her mascara smudged from the tears. She took a deep breath and made her way out of the bathroom. ***

Soul Eaters

Soul Eaters

she choked off and tears fell from her eyes in torrents. "Until…" I promoted gently. Clicking noises echoed throughout the compound. We all stilled and looked around trying to spot it before it came after us. The girl on top of the jungle gym answered back with a loud scream as if she were telling the other one that it had prey. The mother whimpered and began to cry in loud gut-wrenching sobs. "Shhh," I pleaded with her as gently and firmly as I could. But it didn't help she continued to cry.

Blood Ties And Silk Chains

Blood Ties And Silk Chains

Her wide eyes darted from Varian to Liora, then down to the floor. Liora’s breath shattered. “Oh, sweetheart—no.” She crossed the space in seconds, kneeling, pulling Wren into her arms. The girl’s body was warm, trembling. “You were loud,” Wren mumbled against her shoulder. “When people are loud, it means they don’t like each other anymore.” Liora’s throat locked. She stroked Wren’s hair, but her own tears were breaking free. “No, baby. That’s not it. We—” She faltered, heart splitting. “We were just… scared.”

Betrayed By My Abusive Ex-Husband: Pampered By The Devil

Betrayed By My Abusive Ex-Husband: Pampered By The Devil

Yolanda said, taking his hand and kissing the ring on his index finger. “That's my good girl; now go and clean your face and get going,” Andre instructed, and Yolanda nodded with a smile. On entering the bathroom, Yolanda splashed cold water onto her swollen face repeatedly, the chill momentarily reviving her senses. She caught a glimpse of her reflection in the mirror—a storm of emotions danced in her eyes. With a trembling breath, she reached for a tissue with her trembling fingers. As she dabbed at her cheeks, the warm tears continued to stream down her face; each wipe seemed futile, as more sorrow filled her eyes, blurring her vision and intensifying the pitiful ache in her heart.

HIS REGRET (Ex-Husband wants Me Back)

HIS REGRET (Ex-Husband wants Me Back)

Eli quickly wiped her face before answering. “Come in.” Gia entered, carrying a thermos of warm water. The moment she saw Eli’s face, she knew the girl had been crying again. Still, Gia didn’t look surprised. “How are you feeling?” she asked gently. Setting the thermos down on the table, she added in a soft voice, “It’s alright to cry, Miss.” Eli lowered her head quickly. “I wasn’t—” Gia smiled faintly. “You don’t have to feel embarrassed. I cry too when I’m sad.”

Hi author can we shift the tone a bit, I feel like it’s getting repetitive I don’t think it’s necessary to keep bringing up about David, Natalie and Eli relationship and how it’s weird every chapter. It feels like I’m reading the same thing over and over again just worded differently.

The story is really good but I’m still in chapter 410. So not sure how much will happen in the next 600(and counting) chapters. I hope it’s not prolonged too much unnecessarily. I felt a bit cringe with the plot holes like the change in the name of Chase’s dad, or Daven saying Josh was 5 🥲
