She gulped several breaths of air as though she had been submerged under water, her eyes were wide and jumping around the room as she spoke.

I don’t know how to make it stop, Atlas, I just want it to stop!” She cried out, her eyes filled with unshed tears, which only fell when she clenched them shut and raised our intertwined hands to clutch her hair.
“What do you want to stop, Little Warrior?” I murmur, using my most soothing voice, massaging her hands lightly until she released her grip enough that she wasn’t at risk of ripping out her hair.
