For me to actually formulate words for my stories I have to write them down on paper first before even deciding to type, though it's actually what's taking up my time. BTW are you enjoying the story so far? I won't know if you aren't leaving feedback, will I? Happy Note: I was writing Chapter 4 today and realized it was super long so I'll break it into two parts. I'll write Chapter 51 with 2,999 words, ensuring it remains interesting and intriguing while avoiding ambiguous words and the specific phrases you mentioned. I'll focus on keeping the suspense high, developing character dynamics, and introducing compelling twists to engage readers.

But every winding road eventually reaches its destination, and we are now in sight of ours. The chapters are coming. I'm sorry for the cliffhanger...Kind of ;) I am currently editing and scheduling out Act 2 chapters. The goal is to have no gap in time for publishing, but I also want to make sure the quality and story get told in the best possible way. Thank you for all who have stayed with me up to this point, it has been an incredible journey. This is the first time I am not writing from a contest prompt, but from my own imagination. These chapters are also far more dense than anything I have written before. I am not a professional writer, but I have enjoyed studying the craft as I develop this book and get more confident each day.

For new readers, I hope this version gives you a stronger and more immersive experience. Writing is a process, and for me, it’s not just about putting out content quickly, but about telling the best story I can. Sometimes that means slowing down, revising, and making sure each chapter feels intentional and meaningful. I believe this update makes the chapter closer to what I originally envisioned, and I’m much happier with how it reads now.

She said only the characters could decide what the final page is called.” Suddenly, the giant Eye swung its red light toward the book. “Found you,” the machine voice hissed. The book started burning at the edges. “Listen!” the Ghostwriter yelled over the crackling flames. “I can send you to the 100th chapter now. But there’s a catch. To get there, you have to skip Chapters 61 to 99.”

The city was loud but she was quiet. She looked at her notebook on the table. Opened it to the page from last night. _Chapter 1: The day I almost broke. Chapter 2: The day I decided not to._ Below it, she picked up her pen. Her hand hovered. What comes after “decided not to”? She wrote: _Chapter 3: The morning nothing felt strange._ Then stopped.
