I was still staring at her phone, brows furrowed, when the bathroom door opened. Gwen stepped out, hair damp and slightly curled from the water, wearing nothing but a white towel tied across her chest. It barely reached the top of her thighs. Droplets of water clung to her shoulders and collarbone, sliding slowly down her skin. My breath caught. She looked beautiful. Vulnerable. Tempting. But the moment she saw my face, her steps faltered. “Alex?” she asked softly, concern replacing the relaxed expression she’d walked out with. “What’s wrong? You look tense.”

Well, except for the gaze of the man burning holes through my head, I was fine. "I'm Damon. You caught my attention since the beginning of the show but I did not want to disturb you so I waited till the end of the show to approach you." I breathed out as if he was nervous to talk to me. Gwen had considered calling Dominic, but she didn’t want to disturb him at work, so she changed her mind. To ease her anxiety, she decided to take a long bath. The scent of aromatherapy helped clear her mind and improve her mood. After a long soak, she finished bathing and got dressed. Feeling refreshed, Gwen applied light makeup, wanting to look her best that evening. When she stepped out of her room, she noticed Dominic entering Mr. Charles’s room. Curious, Gwen quietly followed him and peeked through the slightly ajar door. “Not every company is interested in partnering with us,” Dominic reported.

Gwen woke up early in the morning because of loud ringing outside her door. Today is yet another Saturday. Her doorbell kept on ringing, so she stormed out of her room and opened it. Surprisingly, she saw her mother along with her little brother. Her mom was smiling in all ears before hugging her so tightly. Her little brother on the other hand jumped at her and showed her his loosed tooth. Gwen frowned and let them in. "What are you guys doing in here? it's only Saturday," she said and placed her brother on a single chair. And she must meet up with Evander later to plan out their first encounter as a fake couple.

She recoiled and stared down at me, her gaze unnerving. Gwen was an A****n of a woman. Not only was she tall, but she was also built like one. Taking a deep breath, Gwen straightened her shoulders. At 5'10", she towered over me, but her imposing height was just one aspect of her commanding presence.
