Third Person's POV But that was nowhere near enough. She used a special solution bought from the black market to turn her naturally silky skin into a weathered, rough mess of uneven textures. To completely wreck her facial proportions, she stuck a large, hairy mole right on her left cheek—it was the size of a pinky nail and impossible to miss. Then came the centerpiece. Using high-grade SFX silicone, she rebuilt her nose. What was once small, elegant, and refined was now a massive, bulbous "clown" nose.

She was too busy stroking her delicate face. The little nurse approached Sefia and said, “Madam, don't smile too big, it's not fully healed yet. I need to improve and this is my strategy, my number 1 step and can't fail me, I worked so hard for these.
