Then I saw them.
Zaiden and Zyran, circling me, their faces sharper in the dream than real life, eyes glowing, teeth bared, bodies all muscle and command, their energy a drug I couldn’t kick. They prowled closer, eyes hungry, words falling over each other, low and rough,
“You burn for us, little flame,” Zaiden rumbled, hand landing heavy on my hip, possessive, his palm hot enough to brand me.
Zyran pressed in from behind, his lips brushing my shoulder. “Say it. Say you want us.” His hands found my waist, claws just barely pricking, making me gasp.
