Lily’s POV
I woke up slowly, my body still warm from sleep. A soft moan slipped from my lips before I could stop it. There was this feeling—gentle but strong—like waves of pleasure moving through me.
My eyes fluttered open, and for a second I didn’t understand what was happening. But then I looked down and saw him.
Kai.
He was between my legs, his silver eyes already on mine. The moment our eyes met, he gave me a small, knowing smile and kissed my inner thigh gently. My whole body tingled.
“Kai…” I whispered, my voice still husky from sleep.
“Good morning,” he said softly, his voice deep and warm. “I couldn’t help myself.”
