We arrived at the castle two days later. The Winter Festival was the following day, and because of that, the castle was decorated with so many flowers and other beautiful decorations. The Winter Festival, as I learned from Melissa, was a period everyone in Silver Rose enjoys before the winter season.
It arose from the mythology of Silver Rose and its connection to the royal family and the color of their hair. Apparently, the moon goddess had descended to Earth and fell in love with a wolf hunter named Odyssey. Odyssey was the best hunter in all the lands, and their love was love at first sight. However, the moon goddess had to return and left Odyssey here on Earth because he was just a mere mortal.
Odyssey cried and mourned her every day until he took his last breath. The moon goddess, whose hair was white as snow, cried and mourned him every night as well, until the lands froze and, for the very first time, there was winter in Silver Rose. The festival honors the love
