By the time they got back to the hotel room, they both played a game of rock paper scissors to determine who would go in first to shower and Axel won so he went into the bathroom. She sat on the couch and her phone began ringing. She was shocked to see that the caller was someone who had been interested in investing in her fashion line before she had to hurry home to see her father and since then she had barely had the time to think about her drawings at all. She allowed the phone to ring and cut off because she did not know what she was supposed to tell him when she picked it up. She would have to turn him down, and that would break her heart even more. Vida was enjoying the tour way more than she wanted to admit. Her father and Maria always seemed to make sure she had fun in life. One of the stops on the bus was at a museum, and Vida was fascinated by all of the artworks and things they saw in there."You are such a geek," she exclaimed when Axel explained everything in the museum to her. By the time Vida woke up the next morning, she was not glad with Axel's suggestion of them exploring the city. She wanted to lie in bed and sleep all day or read one of the numerous books she had brought with her. Vida's flight had left Axel in a state of shock; he did not know why he kept on messing up with Vida. He had been so sure that he was going to use this opportunity to level up with Vida and make her see the good in him but he kept on doing the opposite of that and it made him restless.
