Mariano's invitation

I woke up after a long nap, still in bed I looked at the windows. The rays of the sunlight had completely diminished, dusk was closing in.

I turned my head to the other of the room. “Oh my God!” I exclaimed out loud. “You startled me.”

“Sorry, didn’t mean to.” He replied. “How are you feeling, I called the nurse and she told me that you were fine. She ran a couple of test and they all came out okay. Besides, your face isn’t red anymore.”

“Yeah, I suppose everything is okay now.”

“Well since you are okay, I should probably let you rest and gain a lot of energy against tomorrow.”

“Why? Is anything going on?” I asked with so much interest.

“It’s nothing much, I just wanted you to come with me to somewhere I like to be and there is a grant event occurring there tomorrow night and I was invited to be there, so I wanted us to go together.”

“Where is the place you are talking about?” I asked still curious.

“Ohhh, it’s in Paris. You must have heard of the biggest opera in Paris, the Opera bas
