Lucy was still on her knees, sobbing as she begged alpha Darren to release her father. "Please let go of him," she cried out, "I'll do whatever you want me to." Her words came out in between gasps and sobs.

Darren stared down at the young luna before him with a stern expression on his face.

"Are you sure about it this time around?" he replied slowly, crossing his arms over his chest in contemplation.

"Yes!" Lucy exclaimed eagerly, desperate for any chance to save her father's life. She lifted herself off the ground and looked up imploringly into Darren's eyes.

"Very good then. It is time for us to take our leave," Alpha Darren said as he stood up, beckoning his trusted entourage of pack guards to follow him.
