Elizalde’s POV

“How could you do this to me, Elizalde!? You can’t do this! Let me out of here!”

Emily is getting hysterical behind bars. Elizabeth is in the hospital as of the moment, having bed rest. Emma is with her, and I’m back at the police station to file a formal case complaint. Don is with me. He will be my acting lawyer.

As Don talked to the officers while doing paperwork, two representative lawyers came in and spoke with us. They’re Emily’s family lawyer.

Mr Gregory Smith, the father of Emily, wants to talk with me in person, and I agree to meet him during working hours.

They temporarily release Emily under strict guidelines and rules. She was calm after that and never said a word to me.

I came back to the hospital, and Lizzie was still asleep. Emily told me she just had her medication and was looking for me while I was away. Emily told Lizzie that I was at the police station to file a case against Emily.

“I don’t want us to be like this, Elizalde. Just let her go.
