Jessica was fast asleep when she heard a banging sound on her door.

It had been a few weeks now since she returned from Alpha Harper's pack and since then she had not been feeling too well. The exhaustion had settled into her bones in a way that sleep did not seem to fix no matter how much of it she got, and every morning she woke up feeling exactly as tired as she had been when she closed her eyes the night before.
