Hard Choices

I watch Azula and Zayn chase after Bunny as she storms away pissed. She is so angry but mostly hurt. Imagine being lied to about losing someone that you loved, only to find out that that loved one has been alive the whole time but is being tortured.

She could have done something.

I finally snap out of my small trance and I follow the small group until we all reach Bunny.

“Bunny…” Azula stops her by grabbing her shoulder, causing her to stop moving. They look each other in the eyes and Bunny breaks.

“I don’t get it, I don’t get why Zayn had to lie to me for all these years,” She cries and Azula pulls her in for a hug.

“Because I wanted to avoid this,” Zayn says.

“You would have never been okay with just waiting for the right time to get Hamish back,” He adds.

“That’s the thing, Zayn. I get that you are the Demon King, but there are certain things that you do not get to call the shots for. You do not get to make the hard choices that belong to someone else,” Azula tells Zayn, and h
