The silence that followed was heavy and overbearing. Rhia almost asked Eleanor to repeat herself, thinking she must have heard her wrong. But the words kept repeating themselves in her head.

So, this was the move Eleanor was going to make. After having no evidence to use against Rhiannon despite all her attempts during the attack, she had chosen this tactic.
