My heart raced as I slowly turned around, dreading what I might see. But to my relief, it wasn't Olivia standing there, but a group of curious onlookers who were watching a billboard advertisement.

You'd expect me to be calm but I couldn't, not when Olivia's scent was everywhere and I could feel her gaze all over me. I looked around and as quickly as our gaze met, I broke it before dashing out of the airport.

It wasn't a joke, it was really her. She heard it.

“Back home,” I ordered the driver as I fell into the back seat, crying uncontrollably. What have I done? How could I have fucked up so many times in just one day?

When I finally arrived back at the pack house, I remained in the car for a few moments, gathering my thoughts and trying to steady my racing heart. But eventually, I knew I couldn't hide forever, and with a deep breath, I stepped out of the car and faced the staring eyes of those around me.
