It had been a week since Charlotte had heard anything from Elijah. She was happy she wouldn't have to see him again. She made sure another accident like the one last Tuesday didn't happen anymore. Whenever her mother tried to ask her for help she'd always say she had exams coming up and stayed longer hours at school.
Surely, she never thought the lie would work because her parents didn't really care about her education. But it did, and like all the other days, Charlotte sat in the school's library all alone typing away, her imagination running wild as she wrote the most erotic scenes ever. At least that's what she thought as she wrote them, but she knew when it was time to re-read her confidence would go down the drain.
"What are you writing tesoro?" She was so lost in her thoughts that when the voice was heard she thought it was her imagination.
"Yes! That's the word, thank you Elijah-" Her calm voice turning in a scream as she slammed her laptop shut and quickly turned around, only to regret the decision when her face smashed against his chest.
Her brown eyes had winded in pure horror as she prayed to god he hadn't read what she had been writing. Her cheeks turned the darkest shade of red and all she wanted to do was strangle herself. She pulled away and stared up at him, to see the amusement on his face. "E-Elijah, what are you d-doing here?" She stuttered the words not forming correctly in her head as she tried to calm her beating heart.
Elijah was sure she had heard him when the door had made the most annoying sound, but when she screamed he couldn't help the amusement. He only had caught a few words on her screen but he couldn't help but be curious. He already knew she was into writing since she had told him last week and he couldn't help but be happy and proud of her. He himself loved reading and writing and knew just how hard it was.
She had told him sometimes she struggled with concentrating and he couldn't help but want to help her. So, he suggested something to her parents. He never thought they'd agree but they did. And right now he wasn't sure how to give the girl in front of him the news.
"So, this is where you spend the rest of your days, huh?" He teased as he stared around, making Charlotte want to crawl away and hide. She meekly nodded and cleared her throat before starting to put her things away. She stiffen when he sat beside her and stared at her.
"Well it's a comforting place." Elijah shrugged, as he stared at her. He had never seen someone who blushed this much, she was such a shy vixen. Of course the tiger came out whenever she spend more than ten minutes with him. Making him think she wasn't the same person. But yet, he couldn't help but like both sides of the girl. The cute and innocent, and the angry and bratty one.
"Thanks." She whispered and zipped up her bag. Charlotte awkwardly played with her fingers not liking the awkward silent one bit. "So, umm...what are you doing here?" She asked again and stared up at him before adverting her eyes. She hated eye contact, she felt like if someone even stared longer than one second they'd know every secret. And there were a lot of things she wanted to be kept hidden.
"Well, I'm here to pick you up. But I figured you were here for a reason, so if you want to continue writing I could wait." He suggested and her heart stopped beating. No one has ever been so considerate, of course she knew she could never write with someone sitting beside her but just the thought of him waiting for her as she continued her passion made her feel wanted and loved.
It was the two feelings she believe she had never felt.
"No, I-I'm fine." She smiled for the first time that day and looked up at him. She couldn't help but feel less and less awkward and shy around him, he was just such a nice person. And maybe, just maybe they could be friends. Of course, Charlotte knew their age difference was too big to be friends, but she was mature enough. Right?
She couldn't contain her excitement any longer, "we can go now!" she exclaimed and stood up. Elijah was surprised by the sudden change of attitude, but he was glad she was getting comfortable around him. She was going to live with him after all.
He just needed to find a way to tell her.
Charlotte's body landed on the bed with a thump as a laugh escaped from her lips. She couldn't believe this was really happening. The desire in her grew with every second. Her body was on fire and she could barely breathe. His lips against her skin felt so forbidden but so delighting. Closing her eyes all she could imagined were the things she wanted him to do to her. His lips all over her body. His hands in her hair. On her body. All over her.Elijah hovered over her, his heart racing in his chest when the need became unbearable. He leaned; their lips connect once more. His hands went to her side until he reached the hem of her dress as his hand disappeared underneath.Charlotte gasped when his hand touched the inside of her thigh, she was wet and in need of him. Her hand running through his hair, she fisted his hair before tugging on his head making him grunt."You are so beautiful." He whispered to her, his lips went down to her neck, where he began his assault of kisses."Oh." Cha
Today didn't start off well, Elijah had to leave for work and Charlotte was drowning in her sorrow. She couldn't help but feel like he wanted to get away from her. Sure it was Monday but he could've called in sick. Or maybe it was her being needy. She decided to explore the rest of the house. She had seen the pool and she couldn't wait until the sun was out. She was in need of a relaxed day. As she walked through the halls, she couldn't help but feel paranoid. It was too quiet; she had never been in a house that was this quiet all the time. She really missed her brothers.Twenty minutes later she had seen every room in the house. The house was designed with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen with backyard and of course the pool. She was too afraid to go to the basement so she decided to leave it alone. As she descended the stairs she made her way to the kitchen to see if she could find anything to eat. When she saw all the healthy food in the fridge she
Charlotte woke up from her deep slumber when she found it hard to breath. Sometimes it happened. Some days whenever she woke up in the morning she had it hard to breath, she needed to stick her head outside the window to get fresh air and that's what she did. Almost tumbling all over the floor she quickly opened the window and took a deep breath. After her heart slowed to normal rate and she didn't feel like she was about to die, she turned around ready to get in bed again when she saw him.He was peacefully sleeping on his side of the bed and all of a sudden she remembered the night before. After almost a week she had finally let herself feel the anger and hurt from what her father had done. And she had begged him to sleep beside her, it's not like he was hesitant but when she had wanted to do more than sleep he had turned her down claiming she was only doing it because she was hurt. The young girl wanted to scream at him and tell him that it was indeed what she was trying to do but
Charlotte stared out of the window as they passed the lines of trees which seemed to be endless. She had sat on the back away from Elijah, although he was hurt by the decision he understood. She needed time. "So, where are we going?" Charlotte cleared her throat; she was tired of drowning in her sad thoughts. If her father didn't care about her why should she?Elijah was surprised to hear her voice. "Home?" It came out more as an question and he truly felt pathetic how could a girl 10 years younger than him make him feel this way. "Do you have somewhere else to go?" He asked her clearing his throat.Charlotte lifted her head away from the window and moved closer to him. "Not really, but if you want to go home than I'm cool with it." His breath hitched when he felt her speaking next to his ear. He moved in his seat and stared at her through the rare mirror."Yeah." He cleared his throat once again when it came out rougher than he had intended. He couldn't believe she had managed to tur
Charlotte had never felt such regrets in her life, for the next two days all she kept thinking about was him and what she had done. Today was the day that her parents would leave her, although she didn't want them to leave she couldn't help but be excited for the future. She stood leaning against the door frame as she stared at her mother who was searching for her brothers clothes. "Can I help?" She cleared her throat, making her mother turn towards her. Drita smiled at her daughter before tears of sadness filled her eyes. It's not that Charlotte was heartless, she truly cared about people even when she didn't want to. But there's one thing Charlotte despised and it was people crying in her presences. She didn't know how to act, she wasn't one for hugs or comforting them. She awkwardly stood there for a second longer before moving further into the room, the room which once was hers but now had been cleared out.Her mother was a super woman because she had managed to pack Charlotte's c
Charlotte could be such a dumb ass sometimes. She didn't know how she did it, but somehow she had cut her finger. Right now there were droplets of blood all around the counter. As she held her finger under the water she looked around hoping to find any kitchen towel paper. She knew the next step was going to be the pain, she was used to it by now she couldn't count how many times she had hurt herself in the past. After she made sure her finger had stopped bleeding and had cleaned the counter she went on a search to find a band aid. Somehow through her search she had made her way upstairs to the room she was going to sleep in.Charlotte could be clueless sometimes and although she had heard the shower running she still managed to enter the bathroom. She froze once she realised her bathroom was connected to Elijah's bathroom. She quickly adverted her eyes as she went to turn around and leave the room.Elijah was glad he had decided to take a shower and as much as he didn't want to leave
