Daniella's PovThe hot sun seems to be piercing into my skin like needles, it could have been doing the same to my head and face if I hadn't cover it with my sun hat. I've been in the plantation since morning, seeding for the season that seems to be fast approaching because of the harsh sun."Jeez! Javier's PovAfter I kissed Natalia's forehead I turned off her lamplight by her bed and made my way out of her room quietly. I made my way downstairs and towards the wine cellar to grab myself a bottle before heading to bed. To my surprise the kitchen lights were on. Cautiously, I walked further into the kitchen to see nanny Penelope. She was having a glass of water. She seemed surprised to see me as well.Why is she still up till this time?"You are still awake?" She asked."I was about heading to bed, just wanted to grab a bottle of wine to tag along." I said with a shrug."Will you be needing anything else Javier?" She asked."No, thank you." Nanny Penelope had been my nanny since childhood. Even after my parents passed away, she stepped in as a parent figure for me and she had single handedly raised me into the man I am right now. Daniella's PovTurning here and there in this soft bed underneath me it hits me - my bed isn't as soft as this. I slowly opened my eyes to see where I was. Searching the surroundings, it dawned on me that I wasn't in my room. I am in my husband's house and in my husband bedroom. Daniella's PovAfter breakfast, Natalia was droven off to school and Mr grumpy went out for some work which Penelope found very upsetting as it's his first day as a married man. He's supposed to be on his honeymoon trip, she said.To be honest it really didn't bother me at all. Afterall, this marriage is clearly based on a contract. And not a love marriage. Sadly.I helped Penelope in doing the dishes. After that I had a tour of the house. It's so massive that I got tired and decided to stop and continue another day. But not before I saw a garden or should I say a plantation at the back of the house. It's so massive and beautiful. I could see workers here and there in the field, I had no idea he had something like this here. It's really beautiful, at least I have something that could keep myself busy in this big house. I can join the workers in the field when am free. Seeing how diligent they all seem to be with their work, I guess Mr Ruiz does pay them well.It's a little after 11
