Chapter 20- His agony

I invited them to come back to the resort in the afternoon because the child was also tired after swimming. I picked it up and we walked to the car together because I was going to take them to their parents' house.

I let them ride with my mother before I speared the car. On the flight Andrea and I were both quiet, no one spoke to us, especially me. Until I had the courage to ask about Axel's daddy.

"Andrea, may I ask you something, if you don't mind," I said. And hopefully he will answer my questions.

"Sure, what do you want to ask sir?" she replied.

"Ahmm, where's Axel's daddy," he asked directly.

Suddenly she became silent and took a few sighs before being able to speak.

"I also don't know where he is," she replied with a sad look on her face.

I didn't ask again because I felt she didn't want to talk about it anymore. I respect what she wants, and maybe I don't need to bother since it looks like Andrea doesn't know her son daddy anymore.
