The birthday celebrant entered the backstage area where Eliza was while Nicole Ashanti departed the venue. She was even taken aback by the man who stood firmly in front of her. Eliza flushed when she noticed the man staring at her.
"Happy birthday!" Eliza stated emphatically.
The man did not say anything, but he was staring at Eliza, which made the situation awkward for her.
"Are you the one that sang a while ago?" He asked.
Eliza can't help but swallow her nerves. Her heart was racing and there was nothing she could do about it. The man in front of her is very handsome. She blinked several times before offering her hand for a handshake.
"Elizabeth Zamora is my name. What's your given name?" She inquired, her smile directed towards the man in front of her.
"My name is Zamiel." He introduced himself quietly, his hands in his pockets. For me, he appears to be a model. Eliza smiled at him sweetly.
"Let's go to the venue now, shall we? I believe my mother is expecting you." Zamiel greeted Eliza with a beautiful smile. Eliza has no choice except to flush. Her cheeks are suddenly bright crimson, and she can't hide it. Eliza was led outdoors by Zamiel. They both walked over to the table where their families were seated. Eliza needed a chair, so Zamiel drew one for her. Her parents are unable to contain their delight.
"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I am delighted to have met you both." Eliza said gleefully as she sat alongside Zamiel. Zamiel's parents, including Zamiel's grand mother and grand father, all smiled at her. Zamiel, on the other hand, sits quietly and concentrates on the dish in front of him. Zamiel got distant in an instant and only wanted to go out. But he can't since he's the one who started it all. "Could you please pass the apple juice to me? Zamiel, I'd like that." She commanded softly to the silent Zamiel beside her. Zamiel, being courteous, handed her the apple juice and turned away from the lady beside him. He's already bored out of his mind. He's simply taking his time to exit and leave.
"What's the matter with you, son? Do you want to spend some alone time with your lovely performance from a while ago?" His father inquired, teasingly, which made the others at the table chuckle. Zamiel stood up and did not look at anyone.
"Hey! Where are you going?" Eliza asked not minding the stare of everyone at them.
Zamiel did not either look at her. He simply walk passed. Eliza trailed behind Zamiel. They'd already been out of the crowd. Zamiel, on the other hand, is grateful.
Zamiel comes to a halt and turns to face the person who is following him.
"I apologize for luring you into a situation. I just want to express my gratitude for making the audience applaud your outstanding performance. I didn't aim to draw everyone's attention to you." Zamiel express his regret. Eliza was taken aback by what she had heard. She was torn between admitting the truth and denying it, claiming that she was not the one who performed because that was her twin. But she remained silent, wishing to hear more of his voice.
"You have a pleasant and pleasant voice. I was astounded and impressed by the way you strummed the guitar. You have the potential to be a fantastic vocalist in the future. I just met a great woman named you. Eliza, you're stunning." He stated. Eliza is at a loss for words. She is looking at Zamiel with a smile on her face.
"Really? Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my efforts. Once again, happy birthday." She murmured this while kissing Zamiel on the cheeks. Zamiel was surprised when she kissed her on the cheeks. Eliza just smiled at her. Zamiel was unaffected, but he smiled as he learned that a lady he admired had a crush on him. Eliza is staring at the man in front of her with rapt attention. Because of this, Zamiel grins.
"I enjoy your company, Zamiel." Eliza admitted it.
Knowing this, Zamiel is unsurprised.
"Eliza, I know. I can feel it. I understand. You know what I mean? In my heart, I already have someone. Because I'm not sure, I don't want to tell anyone." He stated it openly. Eliza can't help but faint a smile. She's starting to irritate. She's a privileged knucklehead. Nicole Ashanti, on the other hand, is greatly deprived of their mother's attention.
"You mentioned that you have someone in your heart? So, where is she now?" Eliza is compelled to inquire.
Instead of responding, Zamiel guided Eliza into his car. Eliza is situated beside the driver's seat in the shotgun seat. Zamiel jumped into the driver's seat. He started his car's engine as soon as he got in.
"I'm not sure where is your house. Tell me the exact location. I'll get you there safely and securely."Zamiel was serious when he replied.
"No. It's all right, Zamiel. I'm confident that I'll be able to get there on my own. No need to bother, I already text mommy. Allow me to go down to the nearby coffee shop. Let's start with a cup of coffee, please?" She pleaded glumly.
Zamiel appears to disagree, but he is at a loss for words. His disposition shifts. He didn't even bother to glance at her. He takes his driving very seriously. Because they were on their way to the nearest coffee shop, Eliza's countenance was beaming. She cannot help but to smile. When they walk into the coffee shop, a girl greets them and guides them to the available seats. Eliza is cradling Zamiel's arm. Zamiel allowed her to hold him. They took a seat and placed an order for the coffee they want. Eliza is unaware that Zamiel is not a coffee drinker.
Zamiel excused himself, saying, "I'm going to take a nap. Please wait for me here." He didn't wait for Eliza to react before going to the bathroom, since he was about to puke from the coffee. Zamiel left after completing his task. While organizing his clothes, he accidentally bumped into someone. When he looks at who it is, the girl hides her face.
I went straight to the nearest coffee shop after leaving the venue. I don't have a Friend or a companion. I only have myself and my twin to begin with. But I'm alone because she's at the party. As I walk in, a few people gaze at me with envy in their eyes. I don't have enough self-assurance, which is why I smiled sheepishly. I'm a shy person. I'm not sure why they're staring at me like that, but I'm just focused on getting to my destination and finding a seat. I'm close to the glass wall. Every person that enters this establishment is visible to my eyes. I've already had a cup of coffee. Moments later, I saw my twin arrive and she was with someone while I was enjoying my coffee. Shit! I don't want anyone to know I'm here! I abruptly get up from my seat and proceed to the restroom. I examine myself in the mirror. Why should I hide in the first place? To begin with, I am not a criminal. Before heading out to the restroom, I gave a quick peek to scan my face. I accidently bumped into so
My mother used to tell me how lovely I was. She always made sure that my hair was pulled back into a tidy ponytail. She used to tell me that I should live my life to the fullest.Look at me now...Am I relieved that She also told me not to leave the house because of my twin? Yes, of course! Nicole Ashanti is my name, the great follower. That is something I am capable of. That's something I always do. I've returned to my room. I'm staring at my sketch with rapt attention. This has been my medicine for the past months that I've been here. The door opens while I'm busy gazing at my sketch. When I look at who it is, I smiled. My twin sister entered my room. She approaches me with a curious expression on her face. She examines my drawing. Her face gradually brightens. She gave me a beautiful smile."Can I have your sketch, twin? It's lovely, and I'd like to hang it in my room," she said. I showed her all of my sketches."It's fine with me, You may have it," I responded, smiling. Her eye
I wanted to close my eyes since I couldn't take my gaze away from him after I first landed on him. I desperately wanted to just turn away since I can sense his presence right now. The hot, beautiful man who made my heart race. I can feel my heartbeat, and I must say that the way it is beating is not natural, and this is the first time it has happened to me. He approached the table and went straight to his parents, kissing his mother on both cheeks. I'm curious how it would feel to be kissed by him. Oh my God, what am I thinking? Because the man's eyes darted to mine, I quickly averted my glance. My mouth, which had been hanging open for a long, has finally closed. "Since our heir is already here, let me introduce you, son," his mother said. "So everyone, this is Zamiel, and he is only our child. Zamiel, these are the twins, Elizabeth, and of course the lovely lady who is Nicole Ashanti." He then sat down after pulling out a chair. He sat just in front of my view. That is to say, it mak
"Mom, I told you she did it on purpose; she showed up yesterday to get attention; I like Zamiel, mom, and Nicole is diverting his attention away from me," Elizabeth explained. I hide behind a nearby door. I was meant to go into my father's office, but I just discovered this. My twin is yelling as though I've done something he can't forgive. Should I be pleased with it? I sighs. Should I simply ignore them? My twin is mentally challenged, and I understand her. I must comprehend her. She has trouble controlling her emotions, which includes her thinking. But I restrain myself from hearing what my mother has to say. This is eavesdropping, and I don't want you to get penalized again for something so little. We've reached legal age, and I don't want to do anything I'll come to regret later. I chose to walk away and turn around. I'm not looking for a fight. I want to be at ease. Goodness. I leave them and proceed to my father's office. He is not here, and I am aware that he is really busy wi
I didn't get any rest. Despite the fact that my eyes are heavy with sleep, I have opted to retire. The call I received last night has completely disturbed me. Should I just pretend it never happened? I look around, but it appears that not even the maid is around."We're steadily dwindling... The bank is slipping from my grasp, and I'm at a loss for what to do," a familiar voice stated. I went with my gut instincts. I tracked down the source of the voice. I come to a halt and notice that the voice came from my mother, who is now buried; it appears that she forgot to close the door. I take a step forward, eager to learn more. Who is on the other end of the line? "No, don't do that. He might do something because of you, and I don't want to be caught," my mother said to the other line. "Stop bothering me for a while, and I'll take care of it." I hurriedly walked away, but in my haste, the vase that I had passed by fell to the ground and broke. Oh, my goodness! In frustration, I closed my
You don't even have the mental capacity to decide what you're going to do?" my mother exclaimed. I'm looking down at my feet. I'm unable to look at her. I'm terrified. I was close... Despite the fact that I was on the verge of death, I am still in my room. As soon as she received the news, my mother exclaimed to me. I wanted to speak up and tell her what had happened, but she seemed skeptical. How was I going to defend myself? Tears will not spontaneously appear in my eyes now. I'm exhausted. My body is exhausted."You can't talk because I'm right! You just want our attention and you didn't even think about how we'll react when we hear the news about you!" she said again, causing me to close my eyes. "Mom, please stop it. Nicole is bleeding; do I need to call for a doctor?" my twin sister pleaded softly. I look down at my foot since I'm instantly in pain there."No, dear, don't worry about it; this is her punishment for going out in this mansion!" my mother yelled angrily. I noticed
"Now what? Zamiel is here, and I need to look presentable, twin. What should I wear?" Elizabeth inquired, her cheeks bright with a smile.Instead of teaching her what she should be, I asked, "What did you do yesterday? You just pretended to be me.""It's usual to us; you even pretended at the birthday celebration," she replied as if it were nothing. She has entered my room and is retrieving a dress from my changing room. She isn't like this, but I simply turn away and go to the restroom. My foot hurts still, but I put up with it. Dad has already arrived, and I suppose he has already heard about me. But why is Zamiel here in the first place?"Twin? I simply got one dress from your closet! I'm leaving right now!" exclaimed my twin. I don't have the energy to deal with her. I closed my eyes and let me take a nap for a moment. I decided to get out of the bathtub a few minutes later. I go to my closet and select a modest but formal outfit. For a simple meal, I suppose my presence would be
My twin is at the pool with me. I'm not sure what it is about her that she has suddenly become sweet. I'm curious as to what she ate."You know, twin, I love you so much. I'm sorry for all the difficulty I've caused you. I'm always causing trouble, and I couldn't help but want to end my life," she whispered sadly. Confusion causes me to blink my eyes. What has she been up to lately?"Don't say that," I whispered to her. She gave me a startled expression. "Can you promise me not to leave my side? Can you always be by my side, Nicole?" she persuaded me. "I know mom never gets upset at me because of you, so can you do anything for me this time?" she requested. I didn't respond. I'm just staring at her. I'm curious as to what she's thinking about."I love Zamiel. I really like him, twin. Could you please get this chance for me? I really want to be near him. I really want to see his lovely face. Can you do that?" she begged. I closed my eyes, knowing that whatever my twin desires will be
