Arson POV.

"Fuck"

I swear internally as i felt the heat from the cup almost burn my hands, the girls before the bar table were still giggling excitedly, unaware of the passed danger i was in, i professionally mixed different variety of hot drinks, with my hands running round different glasses.

The night club, a high end club where rich kids and influential figures usually frequently was bustling with activities, in here, your status outside doesn't matter much, both celebrities and powerful officers come here to play and have fun. The sound of the loud club music gave me headaches but i quickly waved my signature charming smile to a group of girls before me, they were super drunk and excited, cheering me on as i mixed drinks in front of them.

"Fuck, you are so cute, say... The night is still so young, how about we have some fun cutie.." A pretty girl, around eighteen to twenty drunkenly said while smiling seductively at me.

I cursed in my heart, apparently mad at her seemingly harmless request, but as soon as i was  able to calm down, another chimed in.

"He's just so cute, Sister Mia, you can't have him alone, how about we share huh?" 

" Sigh...we let a sweet teenage boy like that work in this kind of place, creeping with wolves looking to pick thier prey..."

The conversation between the girls got me so pissed that my buddy had to signal me to not lose out, i rolled my eyes at him, obviously i won't lose it, not that i don't want to,  but i can't afford to, where else would i find a high paying job like this.

I moved away from the corner where the girls were gathered and shifted to another corner of the bar table, letting Jason handle the girls.

It was at that moment i noticed him, sitted at the enclosed VIP space at the top corner of the bar, the place was dimly lit and had clear view of the bartender place,  his face was cold yet undeniably handsome, his eyes hunk like, sea blue with black long hairs reaching the back of his neck.

His eyes were fixated on me and even after i caught him staring, not only did he not flinch, he even raised an eyebrow, i quickly averted my gaze, red spreading from my ears to my cheeks, even though it was night time, i probably looked like a mess now. Mike, the third bartender noticed the change in me and walked towards me.

"What's up Buddy? You alright?" His thick and loud voice close to my ears snapped me back to reality, i looked at the VIP tables upstairs and noticed he wasn't there anymore, my cheeks flushed slightly.

"Did you see the man just now?" I asked Mike absentmindedly, my mind lost in thoughts.

"What man? You found another dick tonight?" Mike was super excited as he looked round the dancing ground, it was no news i was gay, and Mike especially loves calling guys i find attractive dick, so i wasn't shocked by his choice of words.

I shook my head at him, not ready for his drama. Soon, i finished my shift and got ready to leave work, i entered the restroom for workers to change from my uniforms into my normal wears when i heard a subtle sound filled with pleasure, my ears greased, cheese, they can't wait till they got home, could they?

I practically rushed and changed into my clothes, stepped out of the toilet and headed towards the door, the door to the second restroom opened, two dudes walked out with the first walking a little abnormally, i chuckled internally, they must be the ones from earlier.

The first dude stepped over a trash can and whimpered in pain, thought i felt it was overly dramatic, am a bottom and it doesn't hurt that much except its your first time, i rolled my eyes, this was obviously a ploy for his boyfriend.

"Sorry, i should have gone a little easier on you..hehe."

I froze at his voice, on realizing the situation, i tried to make myself as invisible as possible, but my efforts were futile as Lucas turned towards my directly, under his serious gaze, i visibly shrank behind the walls.

"Ahh.. I think i would be outside." The first dude said with flushed cheeks as he walked out first.

"Are you so shameless now that you even resort to tailing me?" Lucas asked with a dark face, his sharp gaze made me shutter.

"I..i wasn't, i just got off work.. I would be on my way now..." I didn't wait for him to respond before sprinting to the door, i didn't stop until i got to the outside of the bar and hailed a cab. 

Lucas, a second generation rich heir was my ex boyfriend, i met him at this same club  six months ago, we dated for just five months and broke up a month ago, we haven't ran into each other again until tonight, i didn't believe it was a coincidence, so is Lucas here for me? Doing that stuff with the guy just to get me jealous? My ears turned red at the thought, i couldn't help but shun myself. He is the heir to the Anderson Empire, why would he want me, am not that special.

That night, i slept soundly unlike before, the next morning, i was awoken by the ringing of my phone, without even looking at the caller ID, i answered the phone with a sleepy voice.

"Hello!"

"Brother, Mum fainted this morning, her dialysis can't be delayed anymore, if we don't do... Any...any...wuwu..."

Arson felt a headarch coming in, his mum and young brother were hospitalized, both were suffering from kidney failure, though his brother case wasn't too severe but his mother was worse, she urgently needed a kidney transplant, and or an unavoidable dialysis every week, of course, he was broke, being the bread winner of his family, he had to cater to both feeding and hospital bills, were was he gonna see money for his mum's transplant.

He wiped a stray tear off his cheeks and cleared his voice, he couldn't sound weak in front of his brother, he quickly got out of bed while still on the phone.

"Don't worry, i will be at the hospital shortly, okay...don't cry, mum's gonna be alright." 

After ending the call with him, i quickly got dressed and rushed out of the apartment, hailed a cab to the hospital.

In the meeting room with the Doctor, the young Doctor face was stern and held no sympathy.

"Mr. Arson, this is no charity organization, we need this money to operate on daily basis, we already did four previous dialysis for your mum which you are yet to clear the debts, if you can't provide the money for this dialysis, am afraid you would have to get your mum transferred."

The impact of his words hit me like a bombshell, i knew the implications of his words, my mum is barely hanging by a thread, how could he afford to her transfered.

"You have until two weeks, Mr. Arson, two weeks." The Doctor sighed and added, his face still indifferent.

I walked out of the hospital dejected, my mind going through many thoughts at once on how to get that huge amount of money, at this moment, my cell phone rang, i was in no mood to answer, but when the caller persisted, i swiped the answer button.

"Arson!! Where are you? Come to the club now." Hearing the voice of my boss, i became on high alert, his voice sounded panicked, my heart beat rose rapidly, i can't afford to lose this job, different worst case scenarios played i n my mind.

I stood at the entrance of the club with a sweaty hand, fearing the worst, my fragile body almost falling out. I gathered courage and stepped into the club, it was just 8pm and the club was begin to get lively, i waved at Mike and Jason at the bystander post and headed upstairs to the Boss office.

Before i could knock, the door was pushed open from the inside, my boss stepped out and on seeing me, the muscles on his face viably relaxed, my brows furrowed, this...

Without saying a word, he took the tray of a rare Gianti Red Wine from a waiter and handed them to me, leading me to a door, at the top was written, TOP VIP, i scoffed, this was where this really high figures really dined, i haven't had the  chance to serve this room today.

Immediately i stepped in, my senses heightened, the room was dimly lit, with trails of smoke swirling in the middle. As i stepped closer, i saw clearly the face of the man seated at cushion in the middle of the room, it was the hot dude from yesterday, on a closer look, he is looking more like a mafia Boss in this Dramas or a drug or carter lord, i scoffed at my thoughts.

Under his lingering gaze, i placed the wine on the table, bowed and turned to leave, suddenly i felt a slight push and my knees gave way, my body fell directly into the arms of the brood young man, my heart skipped.
