What Lucian said made Christiana’s lips part in confusion and she frowned. It was an unpleasant frown. What did he mean by she was the only woman Damien brought to this mansion? Is he trying to say that Damien has some kind of special thing for her?

But that is Impossible. Damien can’t possibly fall in love with her after sleeping with her just twice. That is not how love works.
