Sheila's expression turned hideous.

Richard approached them from behind, looking menacing as he growled, "What are you trying to do when you're right outside the police station? Do you want these outsiders to judge us? We can talk about this when we get home!"

"Mom, let's head inside for now." Cameron tugged on Sheila's arm, speaking to her in a low voice.

She glared daggers at Isabel before hurrying inside to see how Winona was doing.

Cameron stood beside Isabel. "Come inside with me, Izzy."

Samuel took the opportunity to grab Isabel's wrist. He softened his voice and said ingratiatingly, "Babe…"

Isabel didn't want to have anything to do with either of them. She shook Samuel off and headed inside the police station without saying a word.

Cameron smiled faintly at the sight of her leaving. Then, he looked at Samuel as if he were a piece of trash. The latter gritted his teeth before following everyone inside.
