“We really need to talk,” Casey said to her as he entered.
“You think.”
He walked for a bit and then stopped and looked back at her. “Klaire told me what she did to you. I'm so sorry. This really is all my fault. I should have listened to you when you said that being with Klaire was a mistake. I should have known that it would have blown up. And then to make things worse, I convinced you into a relationship with me.”
Ava held up her hand. “I am just as responsible. Even more so since I’m the therapist here. I should have known better. Gosh, I should have known better. I’m sorry. I should have denied this. Doing this was never a good idea.”

Once Casey and Ava were done with what they had to say, the million and one questions from the reporters came crashing down on them. It was hard for them to distinguish anything more than a couple of words. Casey tried his best to answer them.
